Just ordered a sports LED sign from this website, its’ quality is fantastic and I love it so far, I can even adjust the brightness as it came very bright to begin with. Would definitely order from here again!

More than exceeded my expectations. Love my Tesla sign I ordered for the garage! Even came with mounting materials kit and remote with low, medium, high modes of brightness and standard On, strobe, blinking features is a nice perk. At first I was sketchy about ordering after seeing some of the reviews but I was proven wrong. Thank you again Lynseriess for being legit!

Fake company. Do NOT buy from them. Their phone number is disconnected and fake tracking information. You cannot get in contact with the company via email either.

At first I didn't believe this shop, in the end I went to the shop and the result was that they were all scammers

We love our sign! It looks beautiful on our wall, great craftmanship and quite a conversation piece! I ordered another sign for a gift and I will order more.

I would personally give 10 stars. ** I mistakenly ordered 2 Milwaukee Bucks lights for my sons birthday being sent to another state- I emailed them and they PROMPTLY took care of it and refunded me! **

I ordered a SEATTLE KRAKEN metal sign. Carefully packaging, quickly support and PERFECT sign.
The only minus point is shipping time, over a week.
But I still love it! 5 stars.

I ordered a neon sign (a Christmas present) from this company in early December. After 2 weeks, I hadn’t gotten a shipping notification, so I sent an email asking about it. Lo and behold, the next day I got a notification that it was on its way. The sign I received does NOT look like the website photo. It is badly made and looks terrible—it’s as though it’s a knockoff of its own product. (Also, it was filthy when it arrived—covered in greasy black fingerprints.) I emailed Lynsseries and said I’d be sending the item back, considering this sign qualified for a refund according to their own Terms, and got a series of emailed responses asking me if instead I’d like a 15, then 30, then 50% discount of my original price ($130.), until finally an email letting me know I wasn’t eligible for a return, because my sign was a ‘custom product’ (not the case—it was a stock item.) Life events forced me to give up at that point.
The website has some pretty glowing reviews, but my experience was 0/5 stars.
Cheap product, very slow, expensive shipping, extremely poor customer service.
