With the link they provided (which now no longer works) it shows that my product was sitting in Long Beach,CA for seven days now. (I hope it was in a nice hotel near a beach sipping margaritas.)

Due to the relocation of our manufacturing facility to another country, delivery times have been longer than usual. In addition, we are currently in a high-demand season, which has extended our processing time more than expected.

We have been in contact with our carrier partner and have requested updates, but they have kindly asked for a bit more time for the package to arrive. As the initial hub is located in California, it may take a few additional days for the shipment to reach North Carolina.

My husband and I placed an order for a Washington Nationals light. Received an email from them stating that they tried to call him 3 times, (wrong number was listed on the email, 2 numbers transposed, could have been my fault) asking about the color he wanted the "W" to be. For some reason he could not reply to the email, tried multiple times. Couldnt even forwarded the email to my email. Called the phone number listed on the website and left a message. No response after almost a week. I was able to send an email to the address that was on the original email sent to him that included his order number and told them the color he wanted. I did not receive a response. It has been almost a week since I sent the email. Called the number again and now it is not in service. Pulled up the charge on my husband's card and it is from a sign store in California. Called the number listed on that website and the number is a Wyoming number. No answer and the call automatically disconnected after about 10 rings. I am starting to think this company is very shady. Will be disputing the charge with our bank tomorrow.

I have not received the product yet. I received an email that a shipping label was created, and that was the last contact. The USPS tracking number shows they never received anything to ship. The website telephone number does not work and I have received no response via repeated emails, web chat, or trying to contact them through the website...UPDATE...I finally received an email update, USPS appears to be the issue in the delay. I will update again once I receive the product. UPDATE #2, I received the product. It was exactly as pictured and works great. Other than the initial delay in shipping, great product.

I'm not happy with the product. It looks much nicer on the website. It seems flimsy and cheap in real life

Made shipping label Oct 14th to make it look like my order was being shipped. Package still hasn't been delivered to the USPS for it to be shipped. Sent an email and no response from the company. Calling my credit card to dispute the charge.

I am going to update my review. They made it right and shipped be a new sign after they shipped it to the wrong address. The product is great - I am giving it 4 stars only because of the hassle it took to get the replacement.

I just want to say I wrote a 1 star review originally because of my bad and my impatience. I'm revising it to a GREAT review, received my order and arrived in a timely fashion . The product is exactly what was advertised and I could not be more pleased. The sign was a back lit NFL logo for the Detroit Lions and now is proudly hung in the Game room, Thank you .

Very slow shipping I have not received my order

We bought a Packer sign and it separated from the piece it hung from after hanging for about a year and a half. I worked with customer service and they were great at communicating and offered to send me a new one at a discounted rate. However, the new one came and the colors were off. So I reached out and sent pictures to the customer service team and they sent me instructions on how to fix it.

While getting this sign to be at the quality I was promised took time and effort, I appreciate how supportive and communicative the customer service team was. If you get a sign, I strongly encourage you to put nails underneath for additional support.
