Lyght Living Reviews

Arrived on time. Quality was pretty good (Ikea). Met my needs until my container arrived!

I have been more than happy with the service provided by FLC. The staff are professional and efficient and the furniture they provided is of good quality and looks good as well. I am especially pleased with the quality of their mattress and would highly recommend working with them.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. Good furniture.

Fast, friendly, and supportive ordering process. The contract had a mistake that I didn't catch, and they corrected it without delay!

The delivery happened quickly and on time. No issues with my apartment and everything was setup well.

The furniture looks great and is what I was hoping for!

Thanks very much,

Your fantastic service and forthcoming attitude is greatly appreciated. 5 stars!

All staffs are friendly even though I am not good at the Germany language.

Very helpful, both during quote and delivery. Excellent service.

Got the service as part of relocation package from my company, nothing bad to say - equipment is in high quality, the people involved (delivery, assembly etc.) were professionals, and the service was excellent. Kudos.

Very easy to work with and had no problems renting what I needed! Thank you!

Delivery ok with professional staff.
Furniture basic but Ok for a month.
The team of 2 who came to pick-up the pieces of furniture at the end of lease was not professional: no rewiew/tour of the appartment prior the move, no protection on the wooden floor before disassembling the table and sofa, no protection in elevator, in house walls and staircase walls. The bedspring (with sharp angles) was removed without any packing/protection: scratches were made on the walls...

Fantastic service and the delivery team were amazing - extremely helpful and courteous.

FLC Furniture provides absolutely professional service. I would always recommend them privately and corporately.
Well coordinated, friendly and efficient!

Fast, fair price and great contact.

Customer service was great - personal, timely, fair. We've had a good experience thus far!

My life is what is is because of the wonderful furniture in my home. The large screen TV is great.

We went on-line and selected our furniture. When we received the contract, substitutions were made without notifying us. We did not like the substitutions and wouldn't have realized they had been made if we hadn't read the contract carefully. 1) in the age of technology, take items off the website that are not available. 2) Notify the customer that certain items are unavailable and let them choose alternatives. Do not unilaterally make the decision and then fail to inform the client. We ultimately agreed to lease for 6 months and replaced the rental furniture with furniture we purchased at IKEA. That furniture was far more comfortable and and attractive.

Great experience, very good company and would use again
