Professional and focused on my goals

LYFE marketing was a great experience because this agency communicated very well with me from the start on how I wanted market my business. My account manager worked with me every single day on every improvement I was concerned about. I learned how to run ads and effectively deliver for maximum engagement for getting trust from clients. Very professional.

My experience was wonderful

My experience was wonderful, in no small part to our Account Manager, Megh Porterfield. She was attentive, diligent, and really cared about our mission. We saw traction and an up-tick in our customer sign ons almost immediately! We will definitely be using Lyfe again!

Highly recommend

A collaborative, effective marketing partnership

Working with Afreen and the LYFE Marketing team has been a solid win for us at Tradez. They jumped in right away, listened to our goals and business needs, and transformed that into a social media strategy that fit within our existing brand guidelines while expanding us into fresh styles. Super collaborative and effective team—not just running your campaign, but really partnering with you, understanding your business, and making social a channel that represents you and your company to the world. Savannah Derrick making up fake reviews to retaliate

We had an unfortunate run-in with a LYFE Marketing Representative, Savanah Derrick, who was attempting to give our company a sales presentation. She was younger and very green, reading from a script. It was a waste of time listening to this untrained sales representative try to walk us through a scripted set of questions that I assume was intended to review their out-of-this-world services. About 10 minutes into this 30-minute appointment, I respectfully let her know that after 10 minutes, I still had no idea what her company does. She paused, and I could tell she had become irate. After the awkward pause, Savannah continued that I was rude and wanted to end the call. I was asking her if she had another representative who could work with us, and she hung up after yelling that she did not have time for my company or me. I had some choice words for this misguided young lady for sure, but I was going to let it go. I called the company back, and she kept answering. She laid into me, saying she didn't have time for my company or me. I had resigned myself to moving on, and then, 30 minutes later, we received two negative reviews back-to-back from made-up names we have no record of. Our company utilizes a virtual live assistant service, and these individuals are true professionals who have never been rude to anyone. Also, all calls are recorded, and their call IDs are logged. These two reviews were in retaliation for our interaction with Savannah Derrick of LYFE Marketing.
I reached out to the founder of LYFE marketing, Sean Standberry, and Savannah’s boss, Brandi Zatorski. Neither even attempted to get back with us on the matter. I started doing a bit more research, which I should have done first.

TrustPilot has LYFE Marketing in the mediocre range.

Yelp reviews speak volumes, and their score is very low

I have added my reviews based on their lack of correspondence back to us, and we are rooted in substance, whereas Savannah Derrick is retaliating for what she deemed rude.

5 stars for LYFE and team from a small business owner

I’ve been working with LYFE Marketing for several months, and each month the content creation, targeting, and overall activity has continued to improve. After taking the time to learn my specific business and communication style, the team can now take a general idea and turn it into strong content with clear, effective calls to action. Their structured approach and timelines have been extremely helpful in keeping me on track as a small business owner, while also providing clear visibility into our digital marketing progress. I highly recommend LYFE Marketing, Briana, and the entire team to any small business looking to attract more customers!

Great Customer Service & Advertising

Lyfe Marketing has been a huge benefit to our company! They advise, advertise, and have helped us to reach our marketing goals! I would recommend them to anyone. The customer service is also fantastic! I have been working with Samantha Cothran and she has been such a boon. We hope to work together for a long time.
