A Traumatic Experience
I only needed money to pay a bill on time so that I can continue building my credit! Within two weeks time Level Up earned $200 off of me & I hurried up and repaid their loan of $600! $200 is an ridiculous amount to collect from anyone who obviously is struggling, or they wouldn't have done business with Levil Up in the 1st place! This is the worst lending service I have ever witnessed or experienced! They tried to delay my pay off & giving me a receipt of pay off, causing me stress & anxiety! They'll destroy your bank account, take priority over other financial obligations, put you in debt deeper than you were when you initially borrowed funding from them! It's an traumatic experience dealing with them!
is this legit?
I applied for a loan and got denied twice, so I reached out to customer service and asked them to please delete my information they said they cannot do that because of a "privacy policy, Is this a legit company?
Not a good experience
Not a good experience ! The overall process with pay is highly manipulative and not in the same bracket category with TREATY.
Hassle free and good pay .
Run Around and poorly trained staff
Had need for emergency loan. Called and started process at 9 am and 15 calls and emails later got approved 6 hrs. later. Problem was they said they could not read bank statement when it was downloaded from the bank. Kept changing person working on and they didn't bother to read or take notes. I think they purposefully put you through that to distract you from real loan terms and non-compliance w lending disclosure laws.
No star for this company level up loan…
No star for this company level up loan mob!! The are charging me 22$ a day my loan was for 1000 then ther are taking 124.76 when I called and ask what my balance it was still 1024. After paying for 6 months so your meaning to tell me I’m getting charge 20000 for a 10000 loan? Seriously it should be report to better business Beira that this a real scam I’m stopping them taking it on ky checking account I will pay them off not getting into my account they’re scam to the wart mob loan shark
Use at your own risk
Use at your own risk. I'm making 10 payments of $270 on a 500 dollar loan.
They take advantage of desperate people.
If it seems to good to be true then it’s a scam, a complete scam will loan you the money but if you borrow $2000 you end up 1 having them deduct from your checking account twice a month and you end up paying them close to 10,000 on a $2000 loan no lie please do not use them
This company is a complete joke
This company is a complete joke. Yes they will give you money in a blink of an eye but then wont let you see the documents until they receive your electronic signature. Their website claims they charge a reasonable interest rate. I am being charged 699.9 percent on a $900 loan. That is totally absurd!!! When I questioned them out right on this, all they said was you signed the contract. So on a $900 loan they would be getting close to $3000 in return. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! They are scammers.
I took out a loan for $1,050
I took out a loan for $1,050. I am paying weekly on a loan I thought was monthly. I pay $138 a week but when you look at the total due I am only paying $4 of the $138. This is a "tribal" loanshark that prevents you from suing. I thought I did due diligence when I took out the loan, obviously I didn't use trustpilot in my search. As a 69 year old woman with a disabled husband I believe they took advantage of me.
Scammers at best
If you have not been warned, I am warning you now. Please go to to a reputable company to apply for a loan. These people are a scam, liars and price gougers- swindlers at best. They will intentionally withhold the loan agreement from you with an excuse that they have sent it multiple times to your email, only to find later that they never sent it because the goal is to get you to sign electronically, and once you have signed, only then the agreement is released revealing the substantial amount of interest that they intentionally withheld from you. My mother is an elderly woman and received a loan for $2750. By the time she finishes paying the loan back, she would have paid nearly $9,000. I asked the representative who was assisting my mother, how much would she pay over the duration of the loan. She said $3,025.86. She was blatantly dishonest. It takes a certain person who has a position swindling people out of money. Insane! Stay away at all costs.
I had a breakdown in my car that I…
I had a breakdown in my car that I needed $600 to repair. I used my car to make my money I deliver packages for two different delivery service companies. I applied for $600 when applying a link came up to the terms which I clicked on the terms and I got an error message that the page could not load. I just assumed it was a normal page with the interest and stuff like that so I went ahead and just clicked the okay button and accepted the loan I instantly found out that my payments were $498 a month and only $5 of the payment went towards the principal after calculating the repayment I would have paid $3,498 to borrow $600 if that's not loan sharking I don't know what is I've already had to make free payments which is over $1,500 and the payoff to pay it off completely right now is $958. I find it it was so convenient for their terms page not to show up when you clicked on that leaves people clueless to what it's actually going to cost them to borrow money from this company. I would not recommend this company to anybody even my enemies!
454% interest
They don't tell you they are charging 454% interest rate. Yes you read that right...454%
Talk about a racket!!! They prey on the desperate. Be forwarned
I was on vacation and needed money
I was on vacation and needed an additional $1000 quickly. The lady I spoke to was rude and whenever I asked a question she had a condescending tone in her voice. The money was deposited the next day. The loan terms and interest rates are outrageous. I wanted to make a large payment on the balance but they disable the ability to make a payment daily around 10am. I called customer service and they said they turn it off 6 hours before the banks close which makes no sense. I was able to make the payment the next morning. I have $130 left to pay but now it's the weekend and you can't schedule a payment ahead of time. I believe these people are predatory lenders and lack regulation. With that said, I did get my $1,000 when I needed it and the loan can be paid off at any time.
I was applying for amecan web loand…

Payment issues
Aug 16th
Tried making a payment online, the only two options were the minimum or the full amount.
I called customer service to make a payment of half of the payoff amount and so far they haven't taken the amount I wanted to pay.
They only took minimum
and I have called several times
I was told the system was updating and still no deduction came out of my account.
Poor customer service.
And the online app has me locked out of making additional payments.
If I could give no stars
If I could give no stars, I would. This is a predatory company. I finished my loan obligations. My final balance was 120 dollars, they took 150. I asked if there would be a refund for the difference, they gave me the run around. Not only are they scammers, their customer service sucks. Avoid at all costs.
600%+ interest rates on small loans.
I am so happy that I saw all these reviews before I accepted the terms from this company. First of all the process of applying alone is sketchy. You get approved but then have to call to finalize your approval. They will get you approved no problem but as they’re going through the “terms” of your loan they speed run through it without letting you know what the interest rate is. I just wanted $800 dollars to get me through the week. Long and behold it comes at a 655% interest rate. I did not even know that was possible. Luckily I told them that they have a clause called the right to rescind. Call them immediately and they actually honored it which I was surprised but thankful. Yeah definitely avoid these people no matter how desperate you might be.
My caller ID popped up with my employer…
My caller ID popped up with my employer name, so I answered and I asked how are you calling with my employers number, she said she called the employer number I gave her and they transferred her to my cell phone. Impossible, the employer number is an automated verification of employment line. No live person answers. I think this is fraudulent business practice and I am reporting to the BBB.
500% Annual Interest. No thanks.
Reached out for a loan to pay down some high-interest credit card debt, ideally under 25% APR. Was quoted by Level Up Funding for a loan of $2250.
The catch: Payments were quoted at $267.66...
Per week...
For 40 weeks.
So $2250 becomes $10,706 over 10 Months. That's an interest rate of over 500%. That's not even legal... except this company is run under Tribal authority, so they don't deal in federal laws the same way...
There's no early prepayment penalty so I guess if you needed to bail out a rich uncle from jail, this could work. I can't see this being good for any situation but that one.
Do not use these people
Do not use these people! The interest will kill you financially. They told me a 9 month contract and $173 per month. Here it is three months later and the first payment was what they said but then after that it went to $313.10 every two weeks!!!! My loan was for $1200 and I’ve paid them over $1700 and now they tell me I still owe $1100.!!!! Scam do not use these people!!! They will steal your money.
