I’m still working on my pickleball…
I’m still working on my pickleball game, but I’ve tried my fair share of high-end paddles..JOOLA Pro IV pickleball paddle, Selkirk Boomstik paddle, and Paddletek paddle.
Surprisingly, the Luzz Inferno pickleball paddle stands out the most for me, hits with that Boomstik power, but with way more control.
What really impressed me though? Luzz’s customer service. They handled a factory defect quickly and replaced my paddle without any hassle. Solid paddle, even better team! Love a brand that stands behind their product.

Professional Customer Service
I bought a Cannon and the experience has been great. It comes with a 180-day warranty. After using the paddle for about six months, somethings just went off, so I emailed them. They responded quickly and took action. Their product and service are excellent!

LUZZ pickleball paddle …
Bought my first Luzz paddle a few weeks ago in the US while visiting. Love it and recommended it to my cousin who ordered one immediately. Now home I've just purchased a second, this time the Candy version. Love these paddles, plenty of pop, great for some power but also excellent for touch play. Highly recommend - and great value too!

Ordered my 2nd paddle from luzz and had some issues with the handle, I reached out to customer service and they sent me a brand new paddle. They are not a scam and their products are great. They are clearly not located in America so response time is a little off but be patient and they pull through for solid customer service.

Fast response and flexible
I was unsure about a bag and wanted to return them but the team at Luzz pickle was really nice and able to send me a replacement bag free of charge. Rare to have such flexible and amazing customer service. I also have their inferno paddle and it’s the best paddle I’ve used

My first Luzz paddle played great....
My first Luzz paddle played great. Ordered the same paddle again a year later after wearing out my first one, but the new one was terrible. Had no action off the paddle, so I contacted customer support via email. Got a reponse within a day, and after several more emails back and forth, they agreed to send me a return shipping label and would either replace the paddle or refund, my choice. Shipping label never came. Reached out to them again, was told the shipping label would be shipped out, never came. At this point, I believe they don't stand behind their product and are just stringing me along until I get fed up and quit bothering them. So word to the wise, hope you don't need their customer support if you purchase a Luzz paddle.
