The quality of the furniture is excellent.
The quality of the furniture is excellent. Delivery men were so helpful. Delivery date had to be queried but communication was very good and it all got sorted in the end.

Benches not good - don’t waste your time
Waited a long time for delivery, bench arrived cracked with a glued mend. Sent it back. 2nd bench arrived with a huge split. Sent that back. Customer service was good, product wasn’t. Had to chase the refund.

I began to get worried when the furniture didn’t arrive a week past the suggested time, so contacted customer services. Kane was very reassuring and helpful and explained the delay. He gave me a new time slot and indeed I heard from the delivery firm as promised (they were excellent). It would have been nice to have been informed of the delay at the start just to put one’s mind at ease.

Worth the wait
Furniture was delivered later than originally scheduled due to processing problems in country of origin but we were compensated for that with a teak care kit.
The furniture itself is very nice and well made. The cushions are a little thin so perhaps not as luxurious as we’d hoped but they can be replaced in due course if necessary. Overall really pleased with our purchase which was, we felt, a good price for the quality and quantity of furniture.

Excellent service and fabulous product. Very pleased with my new 10 seater table and chairs, it has really made my outdoors and outdoor living space. Great quality in the product too and the delivery team were quick, courteous and efficient.

Look good but lack quality of teak wood itself
Initially the teak table and chairs looked amazing. After an initial 3 months one of the chairs broke and it 6-7 months before a replacement was provided. We took good care of them, following the care instructions, but after 3 years, 3 of the chairs have rotted away completely and the table is very wobbly and covered in cracks. Approached Luxus home and garden for a discount on buying some new ones, but was told this was not possible. Now planning another large purchase of a complete replacement set. They look good, but do not have the weight of quality to last (teak chairs feel quite light) and everything is covered in cracks..

Great looking table and chairs
Great looking table and chairs that feel very solid. We paid to have them assembled for us, which was great. The guys were friendly and really efficient: given it was all put together with dowels, it would have taken us ages. My only criticisms are that there are a couple of cracks in the timber of the table top and a couple of the chairs were missing their feet: we just bought a packet and put them on ourselves. Otherwise, I'm very happy

I love the dining table and chairs
I love the dining table and chairs all my family have admired them. Outdoor dining is now a real pleasure.
The service was excellent from start to finish and the delivery team were quick, efficient and very tidy.
