My family is out over $2,400 USD because Luxury Escapes quietly wiped our active account credit balance to exactly zero without sending a single proactive email warning, expiry countdown, or notification.

When we formally challenged this total forfeiture of funds, their General Counsel stepped in to defend the corporate theft using an insulting semantic loophole. Under Australian Consumer Law, vouchers and consumer credits are legally required to carry a mandatory 3-year minimum expiration to protect buyers from predatory practices. Luxury Escapes’ legal defense?
