SHITcompany..

SHITcompany... unless you ready every conceivable small print, you will get subscribed to their monthly service which at moment of writing this is SEK 89 per month. FOR RECEIVING NOTHING.
Also they have a shitty robot who will NOT connect you to a human for support. AND NO TELEPHONE NO.

I love the sale on luxplus and buying…

I love the sale on luxplus and buying there . But the contact with them ti solve an issue take many yayyy time. Very tired of that!! + you can't call them on a phone number any longer 😭

A very sub standard customer experience…

A very sub standard customer experience from goods to Customer Service follow-up.
I ordered two small hair products and ended up on a monthly subscription that was difficult to get out of.
One of the products was unusable (hair gel that was dried out into a hard block).
Customer Service were vey slow in responding. Emailed them on 26th September.
Sent two follow-up emails before eventually getting an unsatisfactory response on 6th October.
There response was for me to send a video/picture of the product and the batch number.
Can you imagine Amazon pushing back on the customer over one 54kr product?
In addition Luxplus are charing customers a subscription of 89kr/month for this poor service!

Regarding the subscription, all details about the Luxplus membership are clearly presented during checkout and must be accepted before completing a purchase.

As for the damaged product, our request for a photo or video and the batch number is an important part of our claims process. This information allows us to verify the issue, contact the supplier if necessary, and ensure that similar problems don’t occur in the future. We understand that this may feel inconvenient, especially for a low-value item, but it’s required for us to proceed with the case properly.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience with us in the future.

Very strange experience

Very strange experience. Been ordering 14 times and always received my orders.
But my recent order never reached me. It doesn't even show that package was picked up by transport company.
I wrote an email to ask about it but didn't get any answer...
So my advise is be careful with this site now.

I ordered a cream that I waited 1 week…

I ordered a cream that I waited 1 week for and instead of a face cream, I received stomach-churning tablets. When I reported the problem, it took them 3 days to respond at all. They told me they would refund my money because they couldn't send me the product anymore. I chose to return it. However, they still haven't refunded my money. It's been 3 months!!!

That is why we inform on several places on Luxplus.se that the member prices only apply to members, and that a membership is activated when you choose to purchase a product at the member price. This is stated, for example, on the homepage, under each product, in the sections "subscriptions" and "terms," as well as in the shopping cart when completing your purchase. You can also see that the membership is included in your order confirmation that was sent via email after the purchase.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a single product on July via Klarna. I NEVER signed up for a membership, never agreed to recurring payments, and never received any confirmation of one.

Still, 30 days later they charged me 89 SEK for a fake “membership” I never approved – and again the following month! When I tried to cancel, their system told me: “Du har inget aktivt medlemskap” (you don’t have an active membership)… yet they keep charging me. Pure fraud.

Their so-called “customer support” is an even bigger joke. Online it says phone support is open 2 hours a week, but in reality NO ONE ever answers the phone – not once, no matter how many times you call. I tried for an entire week and it’s clearly just for show.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I AM UNABLE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP: IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM. LUXPLUS, if you can reply her,e then you have the capacity to respond to my 10 emails in the last three weeks.

This company is built on deceptive practices to steal money from people. I’ve escalated this to Klarna and will also be reporting them to Konsumentverket.

⚠️ Do not trust this company. They will take your money without consent and give you zero way to stop it.

Delivery. Broken package. Licking product

The last 2 times I had issues with the delivery. This last time they had to send the items again and with a different shipping company because they said that the box was very damaged. When I picked up the items 1 Domestos was licking and everything in the box was full of domestos. Very bad expirience this time

Don’t buy from them

Don’t buy from them. I bought one time just a lip balm and I don’t know how I got this membership which I never used and didn’t even know about it. Never got email saying you are a member.
Never got a receipt every month ..And the money was being taken from my account every month for 6 months… till I finally noticed. When I contacted them to cancel at least the last payment since they have already taken money for nothing for half a year, but guess what they refused they didn’t even cancel my membership even though I told them so, so I had to do it myself to make sure. This is a bad company bad service.

Those sneaky stealer been leaching on my bank account since 10 months now, they took around 890 kr from my bank as a membership for 43 kr product that I bought 10 months ago

I wish that I could report them for this and got my money back for your behavior.

Tricking for membership

They totally got me with that membership thing. I was super careful when I ordered, and I didn't add one, but somehow they tacked on that 89kr charge. Seriously, that's cheating. Why do they have to trick people into it? They hide it, and nobody notices.
