Unethical and Deceptive Practices - Beware of Unwanted Membership Fees
I made a single purchase from Luxplus, only to find out later that I was being charged a membership fee without my consent. When I tried to cancel, they told me it had to be done by 7 AM to avoid another charge, which is absurd.
After researching, I found many others with the same issue—automatic, unwanted memberships that are hard to cancel. I’ve reported this to the police as these deceptive practices need to be stopped. Be cautious if you deal with this website!

Furthermore, you have received a confirmation to your email with information about your membership when you placed your first order.

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed that I have been charged 89 SEK every Monday without my consent. At no point was I informed that I had become a member or that I would be subjected to these recurring charges.
This lack of transparency is very disappointing and has caused me a great deal of frustration. As a customer, I expect clear communication regarding any fees or memberships associated with your services. Unfortunately, in this case, I feel misled and unfairly charged.
I urge you to improve your processes to ensure that all charges and memberships are clearly communicated to your users. Transparency is crucial in maintaining trust and satisfaction among your customers.

Luxplus is a webshop that offers its members big discounts on thousands of products. It is possible to buy our products both with and without membership. It is therefore completely voluntary whether you wish to become a member or not
The first 30 days of the membership are free and then change to a running membership that costs 89kr per month (not every Monday as you claims).

The normal prices are sooo off
The normal prices are sooo off, for example: a D:FI haircream does normally not cost 400sek (40 dollars). It costs around 80-100sek (8 dollars).
They scam you on the normal prices. You can still find good products for a good price, but be aware and do your research before buying something. You might save a lot more money if you do.

We base our normal prices on our purchase prices. Whenever possible, we try to follow the recommended prices from brands.
Thus, when we price tag at the same price that is available in other stores, this may be because it is currently a higher purchase price for us than for them and thus we need to adjust the pricing based on the purchase price.

DONT ORDER HERE, THEY LURE YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!
I ordered one time there and without my knowledge I was subscribed and they took 6 times 89kr from my bank account. I NEVER signed up for this and I have never ordered anything again after my first order. I lost 534kr !!! I want my money back!!!
They also send everyone their copy paste bullsh*t excuse, as they did right here under my review. Again, don’t order here they are shameless scammers who steal money.

A great place to shop with a big variety of beauty products with competitive prices (if you're a member obviously). Favorite thing to shop on there are perfumes :)
