The Luxfords team shouldered much of the stress of removing items from one property and then storing until another property was ready for removal.

Quick to respond and a very fair quote. Attentive before the move, which was then carried out efficiently. Used Luxfords 25 years ago and happy to return to them again.

We moved about 130 miles and used Luxford's full packing/unpacking service. All the staff were professional and courteous as well as really hard working. Our belongings were packed securely and everything arrived safely and without damage.

From the initial quote from Chris onwards everything was professional and efficient. I can highly recommend Luxford's.

The quotation for the move was very competitive. The response was very fast .
The assigned team was perfect on timing and did the job without any damage .

Terrific guys came on the day before my move to pack up all my stuff and furniture and load it onto the vans. The following day, moving day, they drove 120 miles to my new home and unloaded the van. Delightful chaps, hard working but full of good humour.

From the initial quotes from Chris, and the actual move, which took five days with the support of John, Jamie, Ryan and Louis, Luxfords were fantastic.

They were all professional, friendly, supportive and nothing was too much trouble, especially if something needed to be moved from where it was initially meant to go!

We recently used Luxfords to move us from Surrey to Dorset , and I cannot fault their service .They were accommodating and professional from start to finish , and their flexibility around our ever changing completion date was extremely helpful .If you are looking to move in todays challenging climate I can honestly say you need to remove as much stress as possible , so I would highly recommend using Luxfords .

The professionalism of all the Luxfords staff was exceptional. The removal men were all very polite, considerate and worked really, really hard both packing and moving. We have done many times house move and Luxfords by far is the best. Sam the operation manager has been very polite and helpful in accommodating our requests. On the day of move, the crews are extremely professional and efficient, from loading our items to dismantling our furniture. You don't feel stressed or worried using this company.

Really bad experience. Aggressive and abusive driver. No consideration for pedestrians. Almost tried to run me over as I dared to challenge him.

Aggressive driver, happy to park illegally, block pavements for pedestrians and then verbally abuse people.

These guys and girls are just brilliant. They were so helpful when I was moving home, twice, nothing was too much trouble and I could call them up and pop in and collect stuff with fair notice. They helped me access my stuff and packed it all back up again for me! You get what you pay for and Luxfords is worth every penny.

Luxfords had been recommended. An excellent service. Packers were so friendly and incredibly efficient. Very very professional. Moving into the new house was excellent, boxes all labeled and placed in the correct rooms. They managed to dismantle the desk and put it together again. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service and very accommodating

A first-rate service from Luxfords from start to finish. It was not an easy move, certainly at the destination, given I was moving into a second-floor warehouse conversion in London with no lift on the hottest day of the year. The team just didn't stop, and everything was installed safely by the time they left at 9 pm. They did this with a smile on their faces and were unfailingly polite and a pleasure to deal with.
