Luxe really are a class act. I've been very happy with my Luxe Water flosser for about 10 months, but recently it started playing up, and today it stopped working altogether. I use the item every day, so this was a real disappointment. When I wrote to Luxe today, Peter replied very swiftly and arranged for a replacement to be sent. He was very understanding and sympathetic. Buy your stuff from these folk; they'll look after you.

I ordered the Titan X and it does an excellent job, leaving my scalp smooth with no irritation. I needed to update my shipping address after ordering and the customer service team were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with.

I’ve been using the LUXE Sonic Toothbrush for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed! The deep and effective clean it gives is noticeable from the very first brush — my teeth feel smoother and fresher every time. I suffer with with Guttate psoriasis so I purchased Luxe LED red light therapy mask. After a month using it on my face, it really helped to clear up the skin over the winter months when it gets really bad. Recently a few LED's stopped working on the mask, so I contacted customer services and they have offered to replace the device for me. This is outstanding customer service and makes me so happy that I chose Luxe as a brand. Thankyou.

I bought the Luxe Waterflosser a year ago to help clean around my braces and it his been brilliant. I have used it everyday and you wouldn't believe how much actually comes out from between your teeth and braces. Unfortunately the flosser had an issue with it but even though was out of warranty, I politely messaged customer service and they kindly sent out a replacement free of charge. I would highly recommend this company and really appreciate their customer service for the help they provided.

Excellent sonic toothbrush that cleans superbly, looks great and has an amazingly long battery life; all at a very competitive price.
However, there are too many functions, I just want to clean my teeth. No display/timer function required. Also, the on/off button needs to be more easily accessible (move/remove display window) and decidedly more tactile - you feel for it when brushing, you don’t look for it.

Great communication from the company, and a great product. I think this is the best electric toothbrush I have used and it is relatively inexpensive.

I stupidly twisted the head of my toothbrush instead of just pulling the old head straight out. I obviously damaged the mechanism and my toothbrush no longer works. Explained to the customer service team and they are sending me a replacement toothbrush, even though it was my fault. That’s the way forward to success! Whoopee, received my replacement toothbrush. Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service. I have received exceptional treatment from 2 or 3 companies over the past year and Luxe is up there with the best of them. Special mention to Peter who was prompt, professional and empathetic.
In a nutshell the product I ordered could not be used by my wife as she has a medical implant. This was not apparent until reading the detail in the instructions.
I reached out and, because of the circumstances, Peter arranged a pre-paid return which was collected from my house and then a prompt full refund on their receipt of the return.
It would have been good to know the product restrictions before ordering however the way Peter handled things was exemplary.
Luxe is now on our list of ‘preferred suppliers’
