Product Not for Me, but Refund Was Handled Professionally

I decided that LuxAlgo Premium was not the right fit for my trading style, so I requested a refund under their 30-day money-back guarantee.

The support team reviewed my request and processed the refund without any issues. The amount was credited back to my account within the stated timeframe.

While the product didn’t work for me personally, I appreciate the professional handling of the refund and the responsiveness of the support team.

Rodrigo took little time to get me exactly what I asked for. It was very clear and straight to the point. Very good communication. Did not try to sell me something more or less, just got me what I needed.

Rodrigo's Help was Great!

I opted for the LuxAlgo Ultimate Annual Subscription. When I initially opened the account, I connected my dad's TradingView username but I ended up opening my own shortly afterwards. Rodrigo made the process fast and easy. I'm very happy with his help, especially on New Year's Day!
