Plain ol took my money . Purchased a 2500 dollar item . They cancelled my order and as of today have kept my money .
STAY AWAY !!!

Did not receive my order. Been 10 working days - no order dispatched. Online enquiries unanswered.
Stealing money - don’t order

placed an order on December 16th 2022 received my order january 15th 2023 they do not return emails, even after sending at least five emails to them. the phone number listed does not work, I had to file a complaint through PayPal in order to get a response. but they only respnded to PayPal finally with tracking info. I will never order from them again,

My 2nd rime because I forgot what happen the first time I ordered from Lux.I havent received a response from my email its been over a month still havent received my order.Never again will I order the phone line is busy for weeks.

I ordered a sunflower ring from them. It came in broke in half!!! Nobody!!! Has answered my emails or messages. Do not order from this company!! Save yourself the trouble!

Ordered a jumper it was delayed and delayed and delayed and never turned up. Requested a refund and nothing came back. No contact and you cant even unsubscribe from their website as it doesn't allow you to. Do not buy from these scam merchants total con artists.

product that arrived was cheap and nasty looking, nothing like in the photo on their site. Have emailed to ask how to refund the item but heard nothing back.

Do not buy from this scam website, I've never received my fendi sweater i ordered back in 2019, they have a bogus email, basically a rip off. I've submitted a complaint to the consumer agency. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

This Company has awful customer service. Do not buy anything from them. They do not have a customer service number. I have never received my ring either.

Their site says shipping in 2-3 business days and I ordered and paid over a week ago. Buyer beware.

How are these still live... absolute scam

A year passed and I am still getting threats from this company to pay an exuberant price for a product that I never ordered + overdue balances.
Ignore them, they can't ask you to pay for something that you never ordered.

THEY ARE A SCAM, STAY AWAY. I would give 0 star's but that option is not available. Luxstyle is being investigated here in Australia, Finland and Denmark for it's fraudulent activities. DO NOT PRESS ON THE LINK AND DO NOT ENTER YOUR DETAILS to view the prices otherwise you will end up being sent unsolicited items then all the harrassment, threats, and bullying begins for payment of goods you never ordered. This happened to me , 1 year ago and they are still harrassing me and trying to bully and threaten me into paying for product's i never ordered neither did i receive the product. Thank goodness for the ACCC and their public statement given about this company. I have stood my ground and I will not be paying a cent to them for something they pushed on me without my consent. My advice is DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

I saw a link on FB about Lux. And I clicked for check the prices, follow the instructions. I didn't buy nothing, just checked the price and exited the page. After 15 days a receive products in my home. So I sent an e-mail, explain the situation and send back the products. I can't believe that since March I receive letters with bill for pay. Already 5 months. I don't know what to do. I need help, please

This is a scam I did not place my order, and they send me the product plus hunting me $84.34 AUD including interest. How dear u putting me in trouble like this.

I had no issues with the product would recommend to my friends

Lux Style Scam

This Company sends you things you may have looked at online but not ordered and expect you to pay various fees for doing so! Total scam. I just received a package after browsing something over three weeks ago with an invoice for $50. Tomorrow it will be sent back to them and if they send me threatening emails (which they have to others) it will be referred over to my lawyer!
