Stella Maris Camping Umag
This camp was our first experience with that kind of travelling. The pitch was very good situated, with an access to water and electricity. Other stuff were located in few places (toilet, showers, washing machines (estra payed), place for hand wash etc) - everything was very clean. Close to pool or few minutes walk to the beach. Perfect place to stay, especially with children I think. So many people gathered in one place, and still its peace and quiet here :)

Very very bad mobile home at Simuni. Old and with not fixted thing. Very hot inside. The resident from eurocamp is very unpolite.

you don't get the house you paid for
We pay for high standard houses and we got low standard. Noone want to solve this issue. We have contacted office, resident and we didn't get any answer. Noone cares of you if it's already paid They suggest us to go back home and than make the complian.... it's not acceptable!

My overall experience (second year in row) with Lux-Camp is very good. I gave 5 however I do have some minor comments where I would see room for improvement.
What I did miss in the reservation process was:
- lack of answer to questions I had to put in reservation form as info line was unavailable for whole week!
- for some campings there is no map and overall plan so I had to search myself elsewhere… bit risky as customers may find better offer:-)
What I do like the most is Covid-19 insurance and solutions in case of customer’s resignation. Well prepared!
