1.96 ct VVS2 Blue Dutch Marquis
I ordered a 1.96 ct blue VVS2 Dutch Marquis diamond and asked for it to be set in a gold bezel ring. When it arrived, it wasn’t what I expected because they created a rounded bezel that obscured the hexagonal shape of the stone. I contacted customer service and they had me ship it back and corrected it very promptly, at no additional charge. My new ring arrived today, exactly as I had originally expected. Great customer service and quality. I’ve ordered about 8 things from Luvansh and they never disappoint!

Very honest company
Very honest company. I purchased from this company after much debate on if I wanted to spend this much money. After looking at the item for 6 months, I finally bought the earrings. They are beautiful. 2 days after I received them, they went on sale. I chatted with an associate (Neel) and they refunded me the difference. Will absolutely make a purchase with them again. Highly recommend.
