When I ordered, I thought I clicked yellow gold but white gold showed on the order. I contacted them via the chat feature and they said they will update it to yellow gold. We got a good price and are excited for the ring!

This is my first time ordering from Luvansh. I have a yellow diamond ring I’ve been searching for just the right band to complement it. I found such a perfect ring - Platinum Lab-Created Diamond Pear-Shaped Fancy Vivid Yellow & White Flower Ring (2.00 CTW E-F VS). It’s stunning. It was at a great price with a Mother’s Day discount code. Shortly after checking out, I viewed a reel I had received with a code for a slightly high percentage off. I wasn’t going to ask if the higher percentage could be applied but decided it was worth at least inquiring on the site. Initially it was through the bot but was quickly transferred to an actual agent. They quickly responded and allowed for the new code to be applied. This is what I call excellent customer service - when a business kindly and efficiently addresses a question and provides a favorable resolution - that is what determines where I want to shop and spend my money in the future. They could have said no and I would have totally understood but they absolutely took care of me and I very much appreciate it. Thank you, thank you.
