Been renting from them for around 5 years and no issues. Quick to send people out for maintenance issues, good communication (particularly from Lauren and Felicia) and always try to accommodate your needs for inspections and surveys. Only marked down slightly because I took a day off work for an inspection one time and they didn't turn up, but mistakes happen.

They are always helpful and polite and if there is ever an issue it is always sorted out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
