I had made a viewing request online and was called back first thing the next morning with a viewing for the next day.

I have lived in the UK for 14 years now and for sure can say, this agency is so far the best I have used. They communicate really well and make sure everything is alright and the tenant is happy. I can't say anything bad about them. Especially Lauren, who has always kept me up to date with any changes and any updates about my accommodation. :)
