I didn't get my package I ordered more than a month ago. When I wrote to cusomer care they said my order is on the way but it may take 60 days to arrive and they do not have any info on where my package is or which delivery company is responsible for the delay.

The jacket arrived defective, when we wanted to return it, the seller began to respond rarely and waited until the end of the return period of 14 days. For the return, he provided an address in China and at our expense!the return price was more to 50% of the amount of the jacket! We defend consumer rights and recommend that everyone who suffered from this store do the same!

I needed to return something, they gave me wrong address, force me to choose a haulier that cost me more that the product I bought
The products are insanely overpriced, the quality is very poor (typical cheap Chinese goods), and the shipping time is extremely long. The biggest issue is that the return address is only revealed after you request a return — and it turns out to be in China. In my opinion, this is a complete consumer deception.

While ordering an item shipping time was only few days. After the payment shipping time changed to 5-20 days. Checking up the company and the many bad reviews and because I needed that item the same week I decided the cancel the purchase and ask for refund which is backed up by law. They emailed back that I have to take the product and then I need to send it back. That means it might take months till I get my money back. I replied that's not what the law says. In their next email they basically just copy pasted their previous email saying that I made a contract not with them but with the carrier...
Stay away guys it's a scam
They are thiefs, real piece of sheit. The merch had to be prepaid but nothing happened for 60 days. After complaints they ask you to wait, no refund is possible.

Obviously they are just doing "drop shipping" and ordering stuff from China, no warehouse at all

They wanted me to send the product back to Czech however I ordered it from Hungary from Hungarian website
The shipping cost would have been higher than the price of the product, which is non-sense.

I have ordered a JBL Tune 115TWS Case Black from them on Jan 3rd 2023. Actually I was in assumption that this company is originally from Hungary (
Lunzo.hu) and they have stocks. But once I made the payment, the initial communication said usual delivery take 20-45 days. But later after 50 days when I sent an email saying that I didn't get my products, they asked me to wait till 60 days and if I did not get it then they take necessory action.
But after 64 days still I didnt get my products and today they asking me to wait 120 days and I think it goes 180, 240 days so on.
When I asked to refund my payment they denied that as well. I cannot imagine how this company is on business this way. Either they should know where the delivery item stuck or some information they don't have visibility. But when I do tracking it says it's came through from China to Hungary on Jan 17th and after that no progress at all.
Awful company! I ordered an items but they couldn’t treat my payment. After 5 days ( and many letters) they accept my ordering but it was too late to me. So I wrote many letter and ask give back my money I don’t need for the item yet. But I got an email “we sent the item”. I wrote one more email to the customer service as an very angry style. But they didn’t answer…
The range is good and the prices too, but when you buy a product and have paid, you are told that the shipment will take 15 to 45 days...
So they just sell stuff from China and have nothing in stock, you only hear that when you have paid, this is consumer deception.
