Really great experience with Lunetta Co. My order didn’t fit quite right, so I reached out and they helped me out with a replacement in a new size.

Also, the product itself is really good quality,the material is super soft and comfortable, especially during pregnancy, which makes a big difference. Overall, amazing customer service and a brand that actually cares about their customers. Would happily order from them again!

Do not order from this company.
I ordered a bundle as they had a deal on and at my stage in my pregnancy.

Clothes were getting me so depressed as nothing went over my bump.

The jumpsuits had a weird fit around the under bump area and were not flattering at all. They did not look how they did advertised. The nursing bra they threw in for free was very uncomfortable.

I asked for a refund and instructions on how to ship. They offered me 30% and I could keep the clothes. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS. I said no and they proceeded to give me the shipping address (in China) whilst also telling me to significantly undervalue the items at customs…

I asked if they would cover the return postage cost and that I don’t feel comfortable undervaluing the items for customs.
They showed me their policy that says they do not cover return postage.
I replied with the LAW which their policy cannot override; consumers act 2015, if an item does not match a description they must offer full refund and you shouldn’t have to pay postage. I said they could either refund me the full amount, pay for my postage or I will start a charge back process with my bank.
This was ignored…
I wrote again to say they had 48hrs to respond or I will proceed with the chargeback and submit a complaint about them to the trading standards.
I received a prompt email with my full refund details, followed by an email from someone else on the team arguing that the items did match the description but they have given me a full refund.

Don’t let companies like this take advantage of you and know your rights. The fact their target audience is pregnant women, especially at time where decent maternity clothing is very hard to come by is appalling. Scam someone who isn’t in a vulnerable state of growing a human and feeling shit about their appearance.

I was so excited to receive the oversized jumpsuit, as I am 27 weeks pregnant and hardly fit into anything! The fabric is super soft and stretchy. I ordered the dark gray and beige; however, the beige wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. When I reached out to Lunetta about the issue, Mary replied in a timely manner and solved the issue. Great customer service for a great product! I will definitely be looking into the overall shorts for summer!

The jumpsuits look great- run true to size and great quality. They are the perfect addition to any maternity wardrobe.

Absolutely love this jumpsuit! It’s soft, stretchy, and super lightweight without feeling cheap. It’s comfortable for everyday wear and with plenty of room for a growing bump, no pressure or annoyance on my stomach at all. Perfect for running errands, traveling, or just lounging while still feeling put together. I’d definitely recommend sizing based on how oversized you want the fit, but overall I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely be wearing these all the time!

I love the stretchiness of the jumpsuit and the pockets. I’m very tall at 5’11” and the length still works for me! Customer service is great too.

It was easy to purchase the items for my wife.

I thought I bought the right sizes for the oversized jumpsuits and upon receiving they were too small. I emailed the company and due to being international they offered to send the correct sizing and for me to sell/gift the other ones! Not what I was expecting at all when emailing to see about an exchange. I do have to say the fabric though is very soft and am looking forward to being able to wear the correct size

I was very pleased with my interaction with Lunetta when I experienced a small issue with my order. Mary from Lunetta responded quickly and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. My daughter is very happy with her jumpsuit and had the following input for others considering this purchase, “ The material of the jumpsuit is great! These jumpsuits are incredibly comfortable and can be worn pregnant or not! Love how soft and versatile they are! Plus, they have amazing & fast responding customer service as well!

I originally ordered a size medium but upon arrival and trying on, decided I needed a small. I reached out to their customer service and they were very responsive and friendly and offered to replace the three jumpers at no expense. I appreciated their quick response time and ease of doing business. The jumpers were very soft and great quality as well.

I am in my second trimester and my belly is growing and everything is uncomfortable so I recently ordered these oversized jumpers given they look so comfy. I unfortunately ordered them in the wrong size (I ordered a M but I recommend sizing down ladies. It is oversized and so stretchy in all the good ways). Customer service was great in responding to me in a timely manner which is also great.
I also ordered one of their bras also in a M and that bad boy is so comfortable! Let’s be honest no one likes wearing a bra especially while pregnant but this one is supportive yet not to tight & with no under wire. It is a breastfeeding bra with easy access for baby to eat. I would recommend l.

Mixed experience.

Shipping took a few weeks, so definitely plan ahead. The fabric was soft, but the quality and fit didn’t quite match my expectations for the price. The shorts in the sets were much shorter than expected and not really practical for wearing out.

I also had a sizing issue with a bra in my order. Initially I was told exchanges weren’t possible, but customer service did step in and offer a replacement, which I appreciated.

Overall, some positives, but also a few things to be aware of before ordering.

Im order wrong size but they offer give me a new order for smaller size with no charge because the shipping cost too expensive. They are so nice

I tried returning my order and was told I could get 30% back and keep my order, or ship it back to China. My order was shipped from California. The cost to ship it back was more than my entire order. I read the return policy prior to ordering and it is misleading to assume you'll get a full refund if you're unhappy with your order. They need to inform customers that you have to ship it back INTERNATIONALLY. Will never purchase from them again.
