Ordered red dress a black one arrived
Ordered red dress a black one arrived. Terrible quality . Found exact same dress on Temu for quarter of price. Def same as model pose, background etc identical . @Lune are making refunds difficult. Avoid , Avoid , Avoid
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I wanted to return the items for a refund which they were VERY reluctant to do. I had to raise a dispute with them via my bank to get the money. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

AVOID. Purchased a pair of pyjamas described as silk. Arrived much later than expected and they are cheap polyester. All emails are bouncing back making a return impossible so will take it up with my bank.
Do not buy from Lune London. Fake company.
Do not buy from Lune London - it is a fake company and a scam.
It was dissolved on Oct 13th 2020 - according to UK Companies House.
It also uses the name of Amarae(based in France) and Chic und Stil, based in The Netherlands
I ordered a jumper on July11th - never received it. They blamed Evri for losing it . Tracking number they gave me wouldn’t work. Then said it was being dispatched from China - tracking number doesn’t show where it is. I claimed Charge back from my C.Card and was then promised by Amarae it was on its way. Still not here. The Lune London UK email address is not working now.
They are a fake British company. Avoid them.
horrendous
horrendous, impossible to return anything , sizes horrendous, emails start coming back as unable to deliver, Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Support went silent once i returned my garment/fraudsters!
I spend £59 on an item that i had to return. They agreed to refund me if I returned. I returned through Royal Mail tracking which cost me another £25. Support@Lune london.co.uk (Jennifer) kept in touch with me until i returned the garment. Now the emails are coming back to me undelivered.... Stay clear of this site. It's a rip off, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY

This company doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give to be able to write this review.
I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals and somehow the order for 1 pair became 2 pairs. Only one pair actually arrived though the email accompanying delivery said that 2 pairs were delivered. I have tried emailing...the emails do not send and I get a reply from the postmaster. Tried a different email that I found on their web site. 2 emails went unanswered. I tried again just now and the email was now undelivered. Tried the web site again this time the site cannot be found. Complete scam. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
Despite being called Lune London this…
Despite being called Lune London this company is based in Canada. It took weeks to arrive. Product not as expected, they make it hard to return at a huge cost to yourself. Haven't received a refund yet either. Would swerve.
Can’t give no stars
I would like to give a no stars. Terrible cheap tat and an impossible to negotiate returns policy. I sent the 2 horrible screwed up cheap tacky dresses back (to Canada at great expense) and have yet to receive a refund or any answers to my e-mails and suspect I never will. Do not order from this company, scammers.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM LUNE LONDON
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM
LUNE LUNDON.... AKA "AMARAE".
I ordered a dress, quality awful.
Return service is brutal!
Returns are made difficult to return & expensive..... I paid £56 for a dress & they wanted me to pay £29 😏 to return it.
If I was to return it, I wouldn't get a full cash refund but a voucher!
I ended up with a refund back into my account for £7 & a voucher that I will never use! ☹️☹️☹️☹️
I have emailed the company & got a bog standard, unempathatic, half hearted apology! Even though I told them I will never use them again, the still insisted on a voucher!!!
Keep clear of this company..
Do NOT use this company
Do NOT use this company. A rip off - poor quality, slow delivery and impossible to contact to get a refund. Emails bounced back as ‘unable to deliver’ once I started asking for a return. Can’t believe I fell for this!!! Trust pilot should have a ZERO score they don’t deserve any stars….AVOID
Don’t be fooled !
Much like all the other comments on here I wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering. I knew I’d made a big mistake when I received the emailed shipping notification from China! China ??!!!! Given this and the shocking online reviews, I contacted my credit card company and initiated the charge back process. As the charge back process prompts you to first contact the supplier prior to raising the issue I did just that, it very quickly became obvious that the ‘person’ answering these emails was not likely human, some kind of very polite AI chat bot. In short they offer refunds and discounts etc that they suggest and then ‘deny’ after running it by their so called accounts department, it’s laughable and a complete waste of time! A definite lesson learnt before ordering online from a company I’ve never heard of before, stay well clear!
Don't touch Lune London
Looks like the company might have stopped trading. Emails to customer service get bounced back as undeliverable, Canada Post unable to deliver the item I returned, and the website unavailable.
A total waste of money on the clothes I bought, and the postage to Canada to return.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
DO NOT RECOMMEND — AVOID THIS WEBSITE
I ordered an item from Lune London and never received it at all. I contacted them straight away to let them know, and they said they were looking into it. Eventually, they accepted that the item was being returned to them (as it never reached me) and confirmed I was due a refund.
Since then, I have sent countless messages via their website contact form asking for an update on my refund — and have had zero replies. I also tried emailing their customer service email address directly, but every time the message bounced back saying their server was unavailable — so there is literally no way to get hold of them.
It has been a long time now and I still have not received my money back. They take your money easily enough, but when there is a problem, they vanish — no replies, no contact, no refund.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unreliable, unresponsive, and completely untrustworthy. Save your money and shop somewhere else — you will only be left out of pocket and ignored.
I brought some espadrilles from Lune…
I brought some espadrilles from Lune London. They did not arrive and the tracking was still reading 'status unknown' on the date they were meant to arrive. So I went on the website-that had disappeared. I emailed the support email that came back with a DNS domain failure. I screenshotted everything, contacted my bank and disputed the payment. As soon as whoever has the bank account realised my bank had returned my money to me, a different company 'Amarae' emailed me asking me to reverse the dispute and suddenly some espadrilles were sent and arrived. They are not quite the same as the photos. They are reasonably close but cheaper imitation in this case. But interestingly there is a sticker on them saying they came from Canada even though I can assure you all the postage tracking came from China. The quality is definitely cheap Chinese knock off as well. Amarae suggested if anything was wrong to email the support email- I did- it still comes back with a DNS domain failure. 100% do not buy anything from Lune London and if Amarae are a front, I'd advise not them either.
Quality of goods very poor
Quality of goods very poor and not as shown on website. Impossible to get return label to return goods to overseas address. Do not buy from this company.

Despicable service. Total con. They take shipping fee just not telling you about/check the bill. Address firm in London than in Nederland in fact Canada. Products made in China fact well hidden. Refund impossible.
They never answer your questions or respond to the email. Delayed delivery. Am referring them to the Trading Standards. Highest time someone did. Appealing to everybody who has been conned by them to join me. J.D England.
Terrible
Terrible. Don’t order anything from this sham company.
I returned shoddy goods a month ago at a cost of £27 and still haven’t had a refund. They offered a discount if I kept the items, I refused, and they only offered a partial refund.
They’re not a UK company … and goods are unlabelled and very poor quality.
