We had a lovely evening re Cold Play
This venue was where we got married 48 years ago in September.
So special memories supported by a lovely evening.

First time of going to this event and did not know what to expect. Very well organised. Fab evening listening to Coldplay music. Ben, Emma and Sharon are excellent musicians and very engaging. Will be looking out for further events to attend. Great evening, thank you.

The venue was excellent as saltaire reform church acoustics are brilliant the musicians were fantastic extremely talented

I was really looking forward to attending the Coldplay Candlelight concert in Dedham, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.

The concert was advertised to start at 7:00 pm, and we arrived at the venue at around 6:30 pm. On arrival, we were informed that the 7:00 pm concert would no longer be taking place as scheduled and that it had been combined with the 9:00 pm performance, with the new start time being 8:30 pm.

We were told at the venue that this was due to problems with the organ and that an email had been sent to ticket holders. When I checked my emails, I found that the notification had only been sent at 5:42 pm, by which time we had already left home and were on our way to the venue. The email, however, gave a completely different reason for the change, stating that it was due to severe traffic delays.

As a result, we were expected to wait two hours at the venue before the concert even began. Having already travelled there and received virtually no notice of such a significant change, we decided not to wait and therefore missed the performance entirely.

I appreciate that unforeseen problems can occur, but changing the start time of an event by an hour and a half, effectively combining it with a later performance, and notifying customers only after many had already begun their journey is simply not acceptable. The conflicting explanations for the delay only added to the frustration.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and fell well below the standard I would expect. I have therefore requested a full refund.

Unfortunately our concert was cancelled at very short notice, via an email 45 minutes before we were due to arrive. As we had already arrived near to the venue and were having dinner we didn’t get the email and so only found out when arriving.
The email sent said staff on site would be able to assist, there were no staff on site only one poor lady who worked for the church and was being bombarded by angry people.
The 2 concerts due that night were being amalgamated into one that would run ‘ approximately 8.30-9.30’ according to the email, however due to work commitments it wasn’t possible for us to stay. I’m currently waiting for a reply to my email asking for a refund.
We’re very disappointed that we missed the concert and not very impressed at the customer service so far. I wait to see the response.

A great evening of coldplay in Beckenham and the artist where breath taking , but me and me wife was just a little disappointed that we was not given the choice to recorded the last song as they did say we all could .its a must see but please remind the artist some of the audience like to take away a memory and show friends which then goes along to get your audiences up .
2 weeks ago we went to the bridgerton concert by westminster and they let the audience recorded the very last song its much as feel part of it as well ,but i still give it 10/10 just needs a adjustment .🙏

A really magical evening in a beautiful setting with incredible musicians.

So disappointed in the show. The show was at Bedell vineyards.
The tickets stated doors open at 6 PM however they wouldn’t let us in until seven. I had emailed an inquired about food trucks and was told that definitely would be food trucks. However, there is only three choices of food very small charcuterie board for $50 Shim cocktail for $20 and caviar there was a 30 minute intermission, which seems very excessive. The sound system was poor would not recommend this performance.

The church provided a lovely setting, and the three musicians were really top notch. I enjoyed hearing ABBA played by a string trio. Very enjoyable.

We had a fantastic evening. The musicians were talented and welcoming. I wasn't sure what to expect because I have only seen the ads on Instagram. It was absolutely worth it and we will definitely buy tickets again in the future. Staff was genuinely friendly and the overall atmosphere was beautiful.

The program and the musicians were phenomenal!!! A wonderful experience to attend!!! Highly recommend these shows. An hour of peace in this crazy world we live in.

This was my first time attending. I enjoyed the show with tributes to great artists. The atmosphere was tranquil and soothing. I will definitely one back again. The only comment is to have the seating signs removed when the show starts.

What a wonderful evening! This was my second time at the Lumos Experience. Seriously, who doesn’t love the Beatles?
I was so happy when they played my 2 favorite songs: Let It Be and Hey Jude.
I highly recommend going to one of these shows. The ambiance with all the candles is like no other venue and the talent is awesome!
Queen v. Elton John was fun, the Beatles was even better.
The guys did a fabulous job on the viola, violin and cello. I’m always in awe watching them play since I don’t play an instrument.
If you have the opportunity to go to one of their shows … go!

One comment - make the tip jar accessible at all exits! It was hard to find.

It was a phenomenal experience. The beauty of the string instruments, little relief singing the lyrics…. Exceptional sessions…. incredible talent. Just lovely incredibly beautiful. Cannot wait to do it again and the positions were so lovely gracious, friendly, and fun.

The musicians were fantastic. The venue was very hot but they killed it. Would definitely see again

My wife and I were very disappointed with the perf midway through the concert. ormance. It was not enjoyable at all. The sound system was very poor making it extremely difficult to understand the comments of the musician. I noticed several people walking out due to the quality of the performance midway through the concert. The performance could have been improved if the lyrics had been projected onto a screen. Although people wanted to participate, they were unable. If I had known that the concert was solely an instrumental one, we would not have gone. ABBA could have been a very entertaining evening, but it was not.

The calmness and the quality of the music. Relaxing evening and efficient organization.
The microphone for the speaker was not clear at all and she needed a table to put the microphone on...not the floor. Was a bit too warm after 40 minutes, the music was still GREAT.
