I’ve been using the Lumi Ice Bath for over a year now, and it’s safe to say it’s become an essential part of my recovery and wellness routine. Designed for portable cold water immersion therapy, the Lumi strikes a great balance between functionality, comfort, and price.

The build quality is surprisingly solid for a collapsible tub. I especially appreciate the insulation, it does a good job of keeping the water cold for extended periods without the need for constant refilling.

Using the Lumi Ice Bath is exactly what you’d expect from cold therapy: intense at first, then deeply invigorating. Once you're in, the chill hits quickly, but after a minute or so, the body starts to adapt, and it becomes meditative.

Lumi has a Great range of entry level and pro ice bath set ups, so something for the beginner right through to the seasoned pro. The Pod Max Ultra is the best entry level option on the market for size, durability and cost and it’s the one I advise participants at my workshops to buy when first starting out. I’m loving the sleek design of the Sauna Pro at the moment, definitely on my wish list! Keep it up Lumi

I boughts an ice bath from Lumi, the price was fantastic and the delivery was even better. Since using the ice bath I have noticed a significant improvement in my recovery after long runs and has improved my stress levels, I feel more content and happy. Wouldn't be without one now.

The delivery of the Lumi pod was very quick and it was very well packaged. The pod itself was pretty easy to set up, although no instructions were included so I had to look things up on line just to make sure I was doing this correctly. I also contacted customer services and they were very quick at emailing me! I'm new to 'cold water dunking' and I think this is perfect pod for newbies wanting to try this out. I'm not a runner, I'm not an influencer and I'm not one of the beautiful ones! But I am in recovery from breast cancer and so far (I have used it every day), I do feel my mental health is definitely benefitting. Would highly recommend the company and product.

Being a tree surgeon my job is physically demanding. Apart from that I’m a regular gym goer, rugby player, runner, golfer, surfer always on the go kinda guy. I needed quicker recovery & quality sleep so I thought I’d give Lumi a try. Let me tell you I never looked back. The Lumi Pod Max does just that and more. Great extras to add on and great service. I love love my lumi … I do 10-20 mins most days - sometimes twice a day . My mental health is so much better as I take time to meditate or just chill (if you pardon the pun😂) listening to music or my favourite podcast while I dip .
I regularly recommend cold water immersion and Lumi to everyone . It’s a great affordable way to have daily cold water dips .

I can definitely recommend their products. I have the recovery duo pro with mini chiller and the combo is fantastic. I use the ice bath pretty much everyday. It’s especially helps with recovery after some hard training sessions and seems like my quality of sleep has also improved (more deep sleep on average according to my Apple Watch)
The customer service is also great. Quick responses and willing to resolve any issues that might occur.

Great Products and Great Service.

I started with a cheap ice bath and loved it, but water pooled in the top. I saw lumi did the new UFO covers to solve the issue so ordered one and cleaned up the bath ready and it split. Lumi had no issue cancelling that order and I ordered a Lumi pod that was a lot better quality. I've just ordered the new one that will take a cooler should I wish to add one. Adding new features like the UFO lid and covers and cooler ports to entry level units that then get copied is one of the great things about Lumi.

There's nothing quite like a cold dip first thing in the morning. The whole Lumi experience from ordering to using the ice bath has been great. Would definitely recommend.
