Top tier Customer Services

I started my cold plunge journey back in Dec '23 with a LUMI pod for XMAS. Made a few orders since then and had a replacement under warranty and everytime I've contacted customer services they have gone above and beyond, I haven't dealt with another company who actually seem to care about your experience as a customer. LUMI are the only company that I will stay with for all my cold plunge needs

Terribile customer care

Terribile customer care. Bought chiller, expensive purchase. Stopped working just over 30 days. It took 2 weeks to collect as they alleged they could not open videos sent. Then they say 14 days for a technician to see product. They rarely respond to emails. Refuse to respond to request for replacement or refund. They also refused extended warranty which they offer on website. Awful experience from a company that promote mental health and well being. Still waiting!!!

Great after-sales customer service

Great after-sales customer service, after 11 months my ice bath developed a fault. After a few emails a new ice bath is on its way to me, so my cold plunge obsession can continue! Thank you so much.

Have a Pod Pro since January

Have a Pod Pro since January, great product (useless without a chiller), it developed a fault in June, I contacted customers service & they replaced within a week, no hassle, excellent customer service. Paul

Great customer service…thank you.
Ordered 2 recovery pro pods one as a present for my son. Delivered quickly no fuss and a doddle. Both now regular dippers. We had a problem with one where the base and wall seam failed after 11 months. Contacted customer service thinking this is going to be a faff…. They responded same day checked my details on their system as I can’t find the receipt email and sent out a replacement base with 48h all sorted. Massively appreciated. Going to add the chiller unit next.

Bad ordering experience, even worst customer service

I ordered the Pod MAX Ultra Ice Bath on June 17 2025 from Greece and LUMI made the mistake of not including custom clearance costs. TL:DR 20 days after and c. 15 emails back and forth (last ones got ghosted by LUMI) Greek customs is sending package back. To top that, their customer support line is not answering.

I have a faulty cover which specifies…

I have a faulty cover which specifies heat and water proof it’s burnt a hole in it water got through contacted Lumi very poor service offered £10 gift not sufficient to replace just over 6 mths old bought for my disabled daughters therapy refusing to offer refund and no replacements so we are out of pocket won’t be buying again

Thankyou Amber and Jamie…

I bought a second hand Lumi Chiller/Heater that needed some mechanical work to get back to working order so I contacted customer care and liaised with Amber who was so helpful, I cant thank both her and Jamie their in house engineer enough, the communication and support was top tier and the price for the replacement part including installation was way cheaper than expected and as an added bonus they even kindly sprayed the unit back to a brand new finish. To say im pleased is a massive understatement , thankyou so much to everyone at Lumi who helped me, I highly recommend this company and their customer support team.

Great Service

Ordered and arrived within 2 days. Had a query on an additional accessory (tap and hose) which was out of stock when I purchased my pool and queried when they would be back in so I could order. Lumi shipped me one free of charge which I thought was wonderful as I was more than happy to pay for this. Great customer service and great quality pool in comparison to previous ice pools I've had. Will definitely stick with Lumi going forward

You will feel better!

Where do I start..I was looking up cold water therapy for some time and when I finally made a decision to order I was looking for product that is sleek, modern and deliver functionality. Lumi Therapy delivers it all, including the price.
If you are looking for contentment and feeling good in your own body, try cold water therapy. You don’t have to be an athlete to need this. I do normal resistant training with yoga and I am very glad I added this to my routine. It makes you think sharper and you just feel better. At first I hated this, but I was not giving up and now I kind of looking forward to this.

Worst Customer Service I have experienced

I am so disappointed with this purchase. I bought a Pod DUO PRO Ice Bath + Cube Chiller for my husbands birthday for the 7th of May 2025. On set up the chiller would not chill the water in the tub. So we called Lumi, again and again and again. After weeks of calls and emails they said they they would collect the chiller, thought were reluctant as it 'had been used and we did not have the original packaging, after 2 weeks of silence they emailed to say yes it is broken and we have sent you a refund. There was no discussion of a replacement which I thought was strange. So now I am left with a tub which after calling and calling (and then being told the phone lines are broken and that is why no one is answering and was told 'you can use the tub without a chiller' ??!! Why would I want to do that. Now they are refusing to collect the tub which has never been used as the chiller arrived faulty, but has had water in it as that is how we found out the chiller wasn't working. I am beside myself with what to do. It was over £1000 and 6 weeks after my husbands birthday and I have no resolution.

Lumi Review – Ice Plunge + Steam Sauna

We’ve had our Lumi Ice Plunge for a while now Xmas present, and it’s been a total game-changer. It’s solid, easy to use, and has become an essential part of our daily wellness routine – nothing beats that post-plunge feeling of clarity and calm!

We’ve just purchased the Lumi Steam Sauna, which we’re getting ready to set up – and we’re genuinely excited to complete the contrast therapy combo. The quality looks great, and if it’s anything like the plunge, we know we’re in for a treat.

Customer service has been excellent throughout – really responsive and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lumi to anyone looking to invest in their health and wellbeing.
