Feels like False advertising, an Irish design and formula yet comes with different Chinese branding on packaging and was shipped from china. Also product is 1/10 itself. No coverage whatsoever. Very very disappointed and also raging I didn’t do a trust pilot search before I ordered

When my original Luminova hat started malfunctioning I contacted them by email. After a short exchange of emails we collectively decided that in spite of all the potential fixable problems my unit was defective and within a reasonable amount of time they provided me a new cap and a scalp massager. Very generous on their behalf. About a month ago I received an email from Luminova saying that owing to some computer glitch at their end every customer would be eligible for a very reasonable credit. I asked if I could use my credit toward purchasing their spray. As with all of my dealings with Luminova they responded telling me they would ship by courier this spray bottle and yesterday it showed up on my front door step. I am one very happy customer both with their products and their customer service.

This is a total scam - not an Iris company. Ships from China.
Cream and brush not as advertised. Brush is tiny, looks like a kids toy brush. Have not opened the cream, looking for a full refund. I cannot emphasize enough, do not waste your money, do not order !

Scam. Not Irish. Didn't receive what they advertised. Completely different product, which is hopeless. Don't touch them with a barge pole. Send plenty of emails told them about false advertising and yes they still are claiming to be Luminova...it's a total scam... Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased but unfortunately, I fell for it. I keep fighting them for a full refund as I will not be sending back the product so they may just refund me. Product is now in the bin. People power works we should all go on to Instagram under each ad that comes up and just say total scam don't touch them.

The ad is false advertising. Irish accent saying she started to literally make it in her kitchen and her sisters asked for it etc..product comes from China wrong product name..doesn't have any coverage or colour and applicator is tiny. Don't waste your money.

Not the cream advertised. Different packaging, tiny useless brush and totally Useless product. Zero coverage. Total scam. DONT ORDER anything.

Such a shame I didn’t read these reviews before I placed my order for the Luminova cream and applicator brush. Same experience as other reviewers here… smaller tube of a different brand of cream, incorrect shade, and a bitterly disappointing applicator brush . After many emails was offered a 25% refund. Awaiting to see if they will offer a full refund if I return it.

A complete scam. Not an Irish product. Comes from china after about 3 weeks and the packaging doesn’t even say luminous

social proof was good but real proof is my photos. visible change in 3 months.

10 mins a day fits my schedule. no messy creams, just red light. hairline is smoother already.

I have to give them a star but I wouldn’t give any if I could. This is not an Irish company false advertising I’m annoyed with myself for falling for it on instagram. Product arrived today from China which I realised when I tracked it last week. The cream is a different name etc product is not great and definitely not as good as the ad this is all said before just read trustpilot before being scammed like me. By the way I’m not adverse to ordering from China order from shein all the time and have a very positive experience but at least I’m aware I’m

I purchased the product which unfortunately had a fault, I contacted Luminova who confirmed following some testing there was a fault and promptly sent a replacement product. So far so good . Thanks for your service.

NOTE! Beware of this so-called company, showing one product and sending another. They also do not respond to emails so you cannot return the product. You will be scammed...😡

Completely false advertising! Not an Irish company. Took over 2 weeks to arrive, if it was an Irish company as claimed, this would not be the case. Claims about the product were totally false. The bottle and packaging did not match the ads. It did not work at all, made no difference whatsoever. Product applied completely white and when blended, disappeared completely! I complained to Customer Service, sending photos as proof and received an offer of 10% off. This is not good enough when according to consumer law, the product is not fit for purpose and does not match description. When I explained this by email, I was offered 25% off but a full refund ( which is what you are entitled to) was refused. Very poor Customer Service.

The aplicator brush is tiny also not as advertised (it is a huge brush in advert) Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Will not be even trying it as afraid to think what is actually inside the bottle

Haven’t received the product yet as it’s coming from CHINA! All their adverts are Irish-based so it’s a total scam. They should have truthful ads. Customer service claim they’re based in Ireland but funnily enough they reply at 4am Irish time! Liars!

Took 3 weeks to arrive and the product is awful.
Ordered one shade dark and two medium shades and both of the medium shades are different colour. The cream itself is watery and offers no coverage. Plus the free brush might as well be for a barbie doll, it's tiny! Save your money, don't order

battery died at week 5. sent pic, got new unit. now hair ROCKS.
