Horrible scam of a website. Avoid at all costs.

Biggest disappointment ever, it's a shame that they're duping people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

IT IS SPAM! I BOUGHT LAMP FROM THEM IT HAS NEVER ARRIVED, THEIR NUMBERS DOESN'T EXIST AND EVEN MAIL ADDRESS IS FAKE! THEY ARE SWINDLERS!!! I paid 100 euro for lamp!!! Please check always reviews before buying something in internet! This time I forgot to do it ((((

Unfortunately when I was ordering a nice birds statue there were no reviews here yet. What came 2 weeks later was just a piece of plastic with print, very cheap, not worth 23 euros for sure. I can't give this as a gift it was supposed to be.. what a waste

I ordered a lamp for 127 euro's. After 5 weeks they told me it is not available anymore. I told them I want my money back. I am still waiting for my money, they keep saying they will transfer my money back but until now (three months later) they still haven't refunded me.

Would give zero stars if possible cheapest product imaginable lasted a week, poor charging connection. Total waste of money AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Misleading next day sending, shipped from China took 2-3 weeks. Box that arrived was battered and fully in Chinese. Item looks ok quality but could have been bought for a lot less elsewhere. Website makes it look Dutch and professional but it’s not. No response to customer service email.

A real scam. They send the product. It is awful, with a lot of broken things, then you return, pay for the return and no refund is made. Today I have sent an email and not even this is working anymore.

Not a scam for me. I got delivered in 10 days. The lights work, but they are not close enough, and hair is growing in patches. Also, the charging system is dodgy; it has a strange plugin that looks broken. If you are serious about hair growing, you probably need to look at the expensive ones that are better built. This one is 'cheap and nasty'

After 3 weeks, it breaks down. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND GENERATING MORE E-WASTE!

I wish I had read the previous reviews. This company is a scam. Drop shipping lowest quality products from China (6 weeks delivery), effectively no return option. The company UH Ecom B.V. is operating several different websites using the same strategy. DO NOT BUY.

Good:
- The TravelVault | Explorer's Haven Rugzak backpack quality turn out to be excellent: The workmanship is as good as other expensive brand, and with better designed compartments. I was expecting something much worse after not receiving my product on time and saw the review online.. I think I am lucky that this particular item they sourced from China is high quality.

Bad:
- Shipping from China. Instead of 3-5 working days as indicated on website, it took 3 + weeks!
- Phone number not working.
- Email replied very slow
- No real return option as you need to return it to China so cost a fortune

Will I buy from this site again? No.. since they are drop shipping.. that means they can't control the quality well so some products might be really good and some could be bad.. given there is no return possible, I would rather buy something more expensive locally and get it faster without worries.

My grandfather purchased an item and got a "discount code" for his next purchase , he bought something else with this "discount" the total price ended up being 60 euros.
I looked up the website and discovered that they show exactly the same pictures as on AliExpress,
after some digging i found the exact items on AliExpress for 10 euros, including shipping.
I've tried to call the phone number on the website but it seems the number is either not working or just a fake, the given adress that their "store" is located at is also fake.
My grandfather hasn't recieved the items yet and it's been over a week. The track and trace email that they got also does not work.

Item is fairly low quality for the price, and so I requested a return. They tried to offer a strange deal whereby I can buy something additional for only 28 EUR as long as it's cheaper than the original light fixture (40 EUR). When I said I still wanted to return it, they stopped replying to my emails.

these guys are huge scammers, please don't buy anything, nothing will ever arrive.

Nice prepared website pretends to be Dutch - they give there Dutch address and phone number. They put fake photos of items over there. They sell products from China which you can buy yourself on aliexpress a few times cheaper. Horrible contact with customer service. If you want retour item you need to send it on your cost back to China - which is expensive of course.

Misleading - order before 11pm - send the next day they said.
This means they will send the items from China the next day and you will get finally your order after 20 day, not after a day.
I thought it was a dutch company so fully trust it but is a chinese company. The items feels really made from china. Low quality.
