While I haven’t received my first order, I’ve had several questions quickly answered by Cara and Hannah of the Care group, and the provider Muhammad. The rapid response of everyone is impressive and appreciated.

I was very skeptical about this company, but now have 2 orders through them and both came with great communication, speedy fulfillment, and effective product. I did want a higher dose the second order, but the doctor reviewed my info and turned me down, but communicated with me as to why, so I wasn't too disappointed. I have always been able to get a hold of customer service within an hour or two through their chat, and they have always picked up the phone when called and have been knowledgeable and helpful. I have been getting a ton of ads for lower priced Tirzepatide, but feel Lumimeds are a good value for the price they charge, so I'm staying with them. Not the lowest, but I have gotten a good product and very good customer service.

Cara was very efficient and super helpful. I forgot to follow up and answer a question and she went out of her way to call me to find out the answer. I appreciate that very much thank you very much for your follow through.

I requested a change and was given a very thoughtful and clear suggestion. I was notified by phone and text to make sure I received the change and asked if it was ok. I was able to respond so they could ship my new prescription in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with Lumimeds communications!

I have gone through a few different vendors for my GLP meds but Lumimeds has been one of the best to partner with.

Great customer service and everyone is very communicative

Kristine was extremely helpful helping me navigate how to go about canceling my prescription due to recently finding out I was pregnant and was able to refund my most recent order that was not delivered yet based on my in eligibility to be on the medication. I also thought it was very nice that she extended her Congratulations on the upcoming baby, and she was extremely helpful and was able to find a solution immediately when I submitted the documentation.

I have not received meds yet but so far the customer service team has been quick and responsive and helpful

Arnold was awesome, he was able to help me with everything with canceling my order, so that next month, I can change it to a six month order.
