Marga has been wonderful to work with
Marga & Arnold have been wonderful to work with. After the 3 month starter, I definitely decided to stay with Lumi and that has been because of the wonderful support answering my questions even on the weekends. Definitely made my decision to renew another 3 months easier. Looking forward to my continued weight loss journey.

Dosage question
I had a question about the dosage of tirzepitide that I was prescribed. I contacted Cara and she told me that she would talk to the provider to clarify my dosage. Within a few hours, she called me to let me know that the dosage had been changed. I want to thank her for her prompt, courteous response.
