I received lamp very quickly (3 days from evening order to address in Austria). Everything was OK with the lamp. I contacted customer service about best price guarantee. They responded within hours and money was transferred the same day.
I think I wouldn't treat myself like that. I can only recommend Lumidora and would give them 7 stars not just 5.
The lamp i ordered was very poor quality with rough wood, easy to get splinters from. The lamp was broken and would not stand. I requested a refund because I was very unhappy with it but they only offered to replace the broken parts and told me that I would have to pay for the return myself. I did not want a replacement because it would have exactly the same problems due to how it is made. Therefore I had to pay the entire amount to send it back myself with Lumidora not even offering to pay a bit. I have been left very unsatisfied and regretful. I expected perfection for the amount they charged, but i'm sure for the money I am still to be refunded I can get much better quality elsewhere.
