Never shipped and unresponsive

Ordered these 15+ days ago and still haven’t received notice that they’ve shipped. Reached out to Customer service to either get a tracking number or go ahead and cancel the order and they still haven’t responded. Probably end up disputing the charge through my credit card company, because although they have not sent the product, they’re sure happy to take my money.

I place my order for 16 room and linen…

I place my order for 16 room and linen sprays on November 21st. They were supposed to be a gift and did not arrive in time. I have reached out by email to customer service and even messaged on Instagram to check on my order and I have heard no response. It has almost been a month since I placed the order and have still not received anything and still no word on when I will receive it either.

No communication, no product

Order was placed on November 23, 2025. Have not heard anything from them despite me filling out their contact form and emailing them directly at customercare(a)gracelovecandles.com and through their shopify email. Not sure whats up, may have to file a Chargeback :(.

I placed an order online and my checking account was charged, but I never received a confirmation, nor did I receive my order. I have tried reaching out via the chat and email but no one ever gets back to me. This has now happened TWICE and I guess I am just out the money.

Terrible experience, never ordering from them again

I keep getting reminders to review this company. Alright, I will then.

I have never had such a poor experience with a company. I placed an order on 4/26. The money came out of my account promptly, but the product still hasn't come as of 5/19. In fact, the site is still showing my order as "unfulfilled."

On top of that, I have emailed them numerous times because I realized that the products aren't safe for pets. One of the items I bought had eucalyptus, for example. It's my own fault. Nonetheless, I have been trying to reach them for weeks to cancel my order, but I've gotten no response, the order hasn't been cancelled, and I still don't have my money back. Also - I put reviews out for this company based on this experience, and they haven't responded to those either.

This is so unfortunate because I wanted to support a small business. There are plenty out there, though. In fact, I've already found one. I won't be buying with Grace + Love Candle Co anymore. What a disappointment they turned out to be.

Please do your research by reading reviews before ordering.

Poor response rate to customers

This is truly unfortunate because I really wanted to support a small business, but here I am.

I recently placed a 2nd order with this company. I entered my original order sometime in the past year. I wanted to try out a couple different companies, so I ordered some things from Grace + Love and some from the other place. I compared the items and decided to go with G+L.
I placed a 2nd order on 4/26/25. It's now 5/10, and the order still hasn't shipped. While researching, I found out that the essentials oils are bad for my cats, so I decided to cancel my order. It hasn't been fulfilled yet, so there shouldn't be an issue.
Not only are you not able to cancel the order on the website, but I haven't been able to find a phone number to contact customer service. I have emailed them 4 times now...no response. They have my money, though! They took that from my account immediately! Funny how that works.

Searching for other reviews on this company, I'm seeing that I'm not alone in my complaints. Naturally, the company will sometimes respond to the glowing comments, but they ignore the negative ones. Shocking.

Please do thorough research on this company before placing an order. Better yet - save yourself the hassle and just order elsewhere. There are plenty of small businesses to choose from that would appreciate your business.

Never received my order, never heard from the company

Update June 24, 2025: I never received responses from the company to any of the emails I sent asking for order status. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to be refunded. I will not purchase from this company again.

Original post: I placed my order on April 6, 2025 and I still have not received it. It hasn't even shipped yet. I am not happy having to wait this long for an order. I have not received any order status updates at all.

Don't be Scammed and Ignored

Never received my order that's been "being prepared' since December 9. Several messages to customer service went unanswered, no refund or product received. This business is a scam! Absolutely zero response once order is placed and pending shipment...yet it never ships.

Awesome Product But Fumbled Shipping And Support

Hi, I really love Grace+Love candles! Their scents are strong, complex, and long lasting. I would give 5 stars, but I have to deduct 2 for shipping and customer support. I ordered on 6/21/24, and my order was not delivered until 7/24/24. During this time I tried multiple times to reach out to customer support via email, the Shop app, and the company website. No one ever contacted me back, and the chat widget on their site was never responsive. I finally sent another email 7/10/24 asking for information on my order status or for a refund, and it seems this message was received. A few days later I got notice that my order had shipped. However, no one ever tried to contact me even for a simple apology. I really love these candles and want to recommend them, but the issues with shipping and customer support cause me to hold back. I really want to support this company and their amazing product and give grace for mistakes. I think everyone who works there is probably working hard and has the best intentions, and this is probably just a simple slip up. But I’d like to see more ownership of these kinds slip ups and more support for the customer. Just a simple apology message acknowledging the issue with my order would have been all I needed.
