I've tried to cancelled my subscription…
I've already cancelled my subscription a year ago, noticed that they tried to take money from my account and contacted them asap (last week).
When I login to my account, it says my account is active, customer service told me that it's not. But it's still active and today they made a new attempt to get money from my account.
I've contacted them AGAIN and hope they solve my problem since the "Cancel subscription" link isn't clickable. Very frustratiing.

I reached out through an email to LUMI after I was having a problem on line with canceling my subscription. I received 2 very nice and accommodating responses immediately, within a 1/2 hr. to an hour, the most!! I was not expecting a response so quickly nor a friendly response either. This rarely ever happens with other companies so I was very appreciative of their service!

Initially, I did go to the side thinking things would be better with my clothing. I never got to speak to my expert. The clothing they were sending me was off base. I requested to cancel four months in. Turns out you have to call to cancel. Then you have to copy and take a photo screenshot and send it to them again that you cancel with an email in order for it to be actively canceled. And then I didn’t do any of that but I got charged 200 bucks from an auto which I completely called immediately and told him I wanted to cancel and wanted to refund. Nope they make you have a whole year again with it. The customer service who answers has no real responses. I think I must’ve given her my email and name four times actually spelling it all out and it’s not difficult very simple. Anyway, definitely not something that I’ve would ever do again and it’s unfortunate because now I won’t take on any other companies that do this because of my experience with them.
