I am sorry to read that you are having some troubles.

First of all, i can see that you did not open an account when you placed the order at our website, this is the reason that you can not access it.

Second of all i can see that there is some delay on your order, this is the reason that you have received a discount and we have made a refund.

If you have not received an email about this i would recommend you to check your spam filter/folder.

I would recommend you to contact our support team at service@lumeri.it, since i am afraid that you have might written a wrong email address when you pleced the order.

I am sorry to hear that you can not use the light which you have bought.

I would recommend you to contact our support team at support@lumeri.it it sounds like the light you have bought is not suitable for the plants which you are growing.

I am sorry to read that you are missing a shipment email from us.

We have send your tracking nr. 21th of April, some times this can end in the spam folder of your email.

I can see that our support team has been in contact with you today, and provided you the shipment nr / parcel id.

I am very sorry that you need to wait almost 14 days for your package.

We are aware that the corona virus can be a issues when some packages are sent. In most occasions the packages will arrive within time.
But some packages are unfortunately delayed due to the corona virus.

Regarding the accessories, i have arranged that a customer service employee will contact you, to help you out with a solution.

Mi dispiace molto che tu debba aspettare quasi 14 giorni per il tuo pacco.

Siamo consapevoli che il virus corona può essere un problema quando vengono inviati alcuni pacchetti. Nella maggior parte dei casi i pacchi arriveranno in tempo.
Purtroppo alcuni pacchetti sono ritardati a causa del virus corona.

Per quanto riguarda gli accessori, ho concordato che un dipendente del servizio clienti ti contatterà per aiutarti con una soluzione.
