lucky creek casino and treasure mile along with grand eagle casino are rip off casinos they wont pay you the money you win I'm homeless and out n cold I won $1225 on there casino platform and I did everything it said I needed to and forfeited the bonus they give me and they have not paid me the money I won they say they wired it to my account but cant provide tracer number and nothing is in my account or anything so don't waste your time or money at any of these casinos

This casino is a joke. I learned the hard way. I withdrew $9,100. and only received $80. Allegedly my winnings came from free spins, which they did not.

WOW If I read these reviews first I probably wouldn't have played on lucky creek or there 7 or 8 sister sites in the group. I play on all there sites and honestly never had a problem. I learned the hard about there bonus or match play when I turned some free spins into like 30 grand found out max cash out was 25 bucks, but I had fun used the money on there sites for weeks after. Word to the wise, DO NOT take any free play,match because .you have to do like 100X play thru and they cap ur winnings at like $25. I have played with them for a few years now and honestly they payed me the 12 or so times I won. In the last 5 days I won 800,$1000,$888,$700 and lastly today another $800 and $400. I already got the first 3 winnings payed to my crypto account and definitely expect to get the rest within a few days. As long as u use straight up money (no bonuses) and win, they will pay you. Make sure u do the KYC part. "Know your customer" most people with there problems took match or bonuses and didn't feel the need to read the T&C. Live and learn. Good luck all.

One word of advice though: DON'T TAKE bonuses from ANY casino. They have almost million dollar playthroughs that the average player cannot outlast. Just deposit and play. No bells, no whistles, no bonuses, no free spins. Even loyalty points are counted as a bonus. I'm letting my loyalty points build up to get an Amazon gift card. Just deposit and play. And one more important thing: read the terms and conditions, not verbatim, but scan them closely to see what's allowed and what's not.

I deposited $150 of my own money, was given the choice to accept a bonus or not, I chose not to, being that in order to withdraw after the bonus, one must play through $17,000 worth of wagering. I play only live dealer blackjack and roulette, and had done well, winning over $1200. When I went to withdraw, the casino told me that I had accepted the bonus, and in order to withdraw any funds, I had to play through the $17,000, even tho I only played live dealer, and you can’t play with bonus money in the live dealer section. Total fu[king con artist scam job. Stay away from this shi++y casino. Zero stars would have been a better choice for this shi+ hole.

Do NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO. I have deposit money and got a bonus that I was told I needed to play what ever amount do to be able to cash out. Which I did and finished winning 10, 000 dollars. I contacted the casino and ask if that was real money and if I could withdraw and I also explained that had received a bonus on my deposit. The person I spoke said yes congratulations you have won and yes you can cash out. I did cash out and then I was told to wait for 48 hours because finance needed to make sure everything was good. So I waited for almost 3 weeks and only had received 940 dollars out of the ten thousand dollars. When I ask about they said that because I had received a bonus I could only get one thousand dollars out of the ten. I ask them to explain why I was told this before and costumer service was rude and just give me pure lies. The nine thousand dollar was taken away and when I ask about it they said oh well you can get bonus from us if you ask. This site knew that I was dealing with identity theft issues from the start of creating my account with them. And they knew money was being stolen from my financial accounts. I added money to this site as a means of trying to protect it from being stolen from me, and then they did! I got the complete run around with having my money reimbursed that wasn't used for any gambling purposes and then became rude with me when speaking to customer service support about this situation. In fact I even reported to them directly about an unrecognized card on my account myself and 3 others that were mine, but began having issues with them so I had updated to one new card and asked for all the others to be removed. They removed only the one card account that should have remained on the account. And then called me a liar, stole all my money from me, and placed some sort of gambling addiction response on me for trying to have my money refunded back to the original account that sent the money. They claim its been sent, but my account says it's not there, wasn't ever sent back. And now, they hold an illegal 3rd party block on all my accounts that were also hyjacked or compromised by hackers so that none of my evidence against them can be given to police or investigators. They stole my money and then lied about everything including the chat logs for which showed that I had reported such incident as that unrecognized card account myself and asked for a proper resolution for the situation. Lucky creek casino is a scammer site and they are genuine thieves!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BITCOINS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THEIR ACCOUNT. I was able to successfully redeem a couple hundred dollars from this casino. I made a purchase with one of the promotion packs and was able to win in the end. The play through requirement for the promotions are a bit strange as other people pointed out in other reviews of this site. It did take a while to win enough to meet the requirements but eventually I did and was able to win a couple hundred dollars which I got wired to my bank account.
