I wish I'd read this before playing because many of the same things listed from other users apply to me. Won a bonus of $2400, cashed out (process was very cumbersome) then told they can only cash out $1000. Ok fine. I asked if the remainder would be credited back to account...they said the casino keeps that. I asked why play if they won't pay winnings and won't credit. I got no response. Crickets. Waiting weeks and still don't have the $1000.

Its been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my money. It's still in "flushed" mode. I contacted again yesterday and the person told me he would personally see to it that it would get processed. Still nothing. I'm hoping and waiting.

Update 9/24/2025:
I received my money yesterday. It took about 19 days from withdrawal to receiving it in my bank account. If you're looking for fast payout, this is not the casino for you. I do love the games and I actually win on this site.

My initial experience was not great because of an interaction between a casino chat fellow. The following day, casino host, Damian rang me personally to help me set my password and went a long way to make things right. I don’t leave stern reviews for nothing. I write them to be heard. They responded very quickly and I feel like another chance is indicated.

Somebody needs to do something about this casino! They are straight criminals! I won over $3,000 and tried to cash out and they gave me some bull crap about a match bonus so I was only able to cash out $980. They took the rest of it and put it back into the casino. With no explanation other than that's their rules. It's ridiculous it doesn't say anything about that. When I put my money into the account. It says I can win millions. That place is so fraudulent and shady. I would never ever tell anybody to put their money into there

Been waiting on my withdrawal for over 2 weeks now. It's been flushed for 5 days. Was told no more then 3 days via Bitcoin, supposedly escalated to finance team. I'll believe it when I see it. Nothing but excuses and no payout.

Editing my post they have now corrected the issues and paid me out, it took an extra 2 weeks but it happened

Letting yall know anything bonus is a damn scam!!! Do not play here!!!! I've won 1k from them and will be playing at better casinos then this one.

Love the games! Withdrawal process makes it not worth playing there. Requested withdrawal July 7, as of today July 21 I still have not received Bitcoin. My advice is go to a casino that has instant cash out within minutes.
Edit: After submitting this review, I got Bitcoin transfer today July 21. Coincident?

Been waiting almost 2 weeks for my withdrawal by bitcoin (their fastest method of paying). My cash out has been “flushed”, now I’m told that whenever finance decides to “process” it, I should get it 5 days from that point so who knows how long. Why screw around with this casino when there are others out there that actually pay with in a reasonable time without playing games with your money.

I had won 4800 dollars and submitted a withdrawal, everything looked good tell i check on the status and was told that 1000 is being awarded to me and the rest will be absorbed back to the casino! Bulls****! They are crooks, liars and theives.

I've been waiting 2 weeks now to get paid and I still haven't got my money when I called they said it's been approved but I need to wait until they release my money

They emptied my account to 0 after winning a lot of money and they wouldn’t put it back I tried the customer service and they gave me bs reasons why my money is gone

This casino is a scam. They leave your winnings on forever and don’t cash you out. Not to mention they charged my card $400 in additional fees and gave me a $68 credit. If you play at this casino you are just wasting your money.

This site is a joke ! I could have went to a real casino but instead decided to play on my phone at home ! I won 559$ sent my id information and they said within 48 hours ,and still haven’t received my pay from Sunday march 16,2025..I advise ppl not to trust this site at all…

Terrible site. Have to fight for money won and they give you all these bonuses and once the play thru is done it gives you 25 bucks. Even if you have 1000 in winnings.

I would put 5 stars because when I did win, and I've cashed out on $2,000 three seperate times and $2,500 another time. The transactions went fine every time. Now just like any casino, it took a lot of playing to get there but I've gotten back much more then I've put in, more then fair, right?
Problem is, since then no matter if I deposit $20 or $100, it plays a little then starts to go to zero very fast. I've put in quite a lot since I cashed out on my winnings and haven't even been able to cash out on a lousy $100..That is very disappointing. FOR THIS LUCKY CREEK GETS 1 STAR

I withdrew a winnings of $800 on February 14 that morning I had to do an international wire transfer. I filled out everything completely correct today is the 24th and I still have not received my money every time I call or message them they tell me something different but they said it’s on the way and I should get it any day now. I think they’re a scam. Do not play here

I WON ALMOST $700.00 AND COULDN'T WITHDRAW NOT EVEN $540 BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO LEAVE SOME M9NEY TO KEEP PLAYING. I TRIED $480 AND STILL COULDN'T WITHDRAW THAT AMOUNT, CALLED AND SOMEBODY HELPED ME, SO I WITHDRAW $400 AND STILL WAITING FOR MY MOBEY. I MADE THE WITHDRAW ON 2-10-25 STILL NOTHING, I'VE CALLED LIKE THREE TIMES ALREADY, EVEN CHAT SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING.

I won $380, few days later I saw they proceeded only $240 and started chatting with one agent by and he told me they have already processed 100... I'm done with this BS

IF you use a Bonus code, They will only cash out 1000 max. they cancel out all other winnings, they don't disclose this till you complain about it.

I personally won 4600 on their site, last deposit wasn't on a bonus code. but i still had some money from a previous deposit. they still claimed the bonus payout max was $1000. and refuse to fix their issue.

Site also takes extremely long to receive withdrawal. cashed out 2/1. still took till 2/13 to receive payment where they still charge $40 processing fee. they said $20 but took $40.

dont waste you time and money with them
