I ordered a face pallete on the 5th december 2025, there has been no tracking details, i also have sent 2 emails with no response its starting to make me think this is a scam company which is heavily advertised on facebook.

Ordered a web shooter,
Weeks later, no dispatch notice or tracking number. Tried emailing numerous times, not even a reply. Luckily paid through PayPal and they eventually retrieved my money. Use these con artists at your peril.

I am still waiting for delivery of my items which I ordered and paid for online on November 25th. I’ve sent two emails complaining about the delay but have had no reply.

No product, no communication, no satisfaction! Scam scam scam!!! So mad I fell for it as I can usually spot um a mile away! Don’t fall for it! Steer clear people!!!😡😡😡

Placed an order coming up to 3 weeks ago, will not reply to emails asking for updates with order. Proper scam website do not use

The item arrived and bore no resemblance to their advert. Santa with a watering can and lights . An absolute swizz. Stay clear

They delivered to the wrong address. I tried to make contact but haven't heard back for over a month. I'm contacting my credit card company to request a charge back as this company are basically fraudulent.

I ordered a childs toy on 22nd November, today is 15th December and despite sending 5 emails, nothing has arrived. No emails have been replied to and the order is showing as 'unfulfilled'. So they know nothing has been sent and cant be bothered to reply and tell me what's happening. I have requested a refund but they have ignored that too. Please dont use this company, you are wasting your money.

Vastly overcharged for items,poor quality, Iwill never use this company again.
Guess I can't call it a scam, but it must be close.

TbH poor communication. No email confirming however tge item was delivered. I did not realise it was going to do more than resember a printed bell on a shower curtain. Did not bare any resemblence to the picture. Very disappointed and would encourage people to read tge advert properly because the item is nothing likrle the advert picture.My own fault in the end. But its rubbish I will never use it.

Don’t buy from this company. They will take your money and not give you any goods. In dispute with credit card company.

Capital One Credit Card just came back and held up my review. Credited my account.

Paid middle of November. Not received the product. No correspondence to my emails. Scam!

Lucky my credit card stepped in and refunded me!

I’ve e mailed 6 times and used messenger twice and still have no product delivered or any response from the company. I think it’s a scam company
