Hello, I made a deposit with my Visa card and then won a few games and wanted to make a withdrawal which is not accepted with Visa, then I made a deposit with Neteller and $30 was deducted from Neteller but still not credited to Luckbox. Credited to my account. I've been waiting for a week and it still hasn't arrived and I've tried customer service, email and live chat. I get no response and they are just not available. I feel taken advantage of or ripped off. What can I do? Is there another option?

I keep winning a lot for the first 6 weeks. However, in the next 10 weeks, I am continuously losing. I felt that this is a bait and switch, as I noticed the winning odds become less favorable the higher I place my bet. They setup tricky odds. I instead made more money on TrustDice and Esportsbet. I regret my decision to play here at all.

I have dealt with useless sites in the past. Waiting weeks for withdrawals and being fobbed off with bogus excuses.

This company pays out within the hour(if it's a lower amount) from my experience.
I have had zero issues with them when betting or verifying my account.
I don't use offered bonuses, so I can't comment on them.

I would like to see more sports offered and they have no cash out option on bets. But other than that smooth sailing.

If you claim a sports bonus and lose the bonus amount before completing the total wagering requirements they will act against their own rules and force you to wager the remainder amount with your real funds before you can withdraw any money at all!

I deposited 30euro via visa card. First i noticed sports betting is not even working. Then I placed 30euro on esports and won 57euro. Now i cant withdraw because they only allow ecopayz, neteller for withdrawal. But ofcourse i have to deposit again with this method, after they took my visa deposit. Clearly they try to avoid paying and get some more of my money.

Been placing odds with them for about six months now, sometimes winning and sometimes losing. They do list almost all esports tournaments and matches and provide great support when you need one. And they do constantly improve the look and feel of the website. Great and trustable company. At least you know there are people there, trying to do things as It's supposed to be.

Great odds, fast customer supports. They could improve the website a bit, but overall happy with them. The first withdrawal took few hours, but after that everything was smooth.

coverage is fine as well as odds, limits in the low-med 3 digits area mostly so that's just overall OK nothing more nothing less. support is good, kyc cant be done in advance before playing so thats not nice, theyll only bother u when u wagered a whole lot or wanna withdraw. u gotta rollover ur deposit before withdrawing, no untypical practice but not great either. the KYC process itself was fine for me, didnt get limited after okayish 4 digit profit but had to leave cuz germans now allowed anymore but thats the fault of my dog country not them.

Do not deposit money, I REPEAT: DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY into the website, because you will find yourself running after your own money.

The withdrawing processal is equivalent to your most terrifying nightmare experience. I understand that, you need to provide personal data to prevent money laundering and terrorism, but the amount of data you'll need to send them is unbelievable. It is like you almost need to take a DNA test to verify yourself. I cannot imagine that this does not conflict with GDPR regulations. You'll also need to wager the same amount of money you deposited before you can withdraw anything. You will feel like that you've been scammed. Not recommended at all, the company should be shut down and the owners should already be locked up in jail.
