Worst site ever, after losing my half of my balance i decided to withdraw my funds but they froze my balance even after submitting all proper and needed documents which any site would accept they didnt, never had this experience with any other site except thunderpick! pls stay away from this site they will steal your money.

I really liked the sports betting platform, however I was limited very quickly in the betting amounts, and I would really like to try to resolve this but I couldn't resolve it through the chat.

My experience with thunderpick.io has been extremely negative.

First, my account was limited so that I could only place bets of up to 1 euro per match. That was already concerning, but the biggest problem came when I tried to withdraw my money. At that point, the site displayed the following message: "Your account has been suspended. Please contact Customer Support."

I contacted their live chat customer support, but I received no real help and no proper response. Right now, I cannot access my money, and I have not been given a clear explanation for why my account was suspended.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this site to anyone. Be very careful before depositing any money here.

I have been a depositing customer for a couple years. I always have a pleasant experience at Thunderpick, whether winning or loosing. It is one of my favorites.

Deposits go smoothly, as do withdraws. The site is unique, it really stands out from the crowd of competitors and is easy to navigate.

Thunderpick has put a great deal of thought into helpful insights like game thumbnails showing amount you have won on that game. Being able to try a game in fun mode is a plus also.
All of this goodness would be just nothing really without a site having dedicated support specialists...well they do and these people are amazing!

My name is Hiago. I found a betting site on the internet called “ThunderPick”. I created an account and started placing some bets. After everything, I tried to withdraw my money, but unfortunately my account was showing as blocked.

They asked me by email to provide all my documents, and I sent everything they requested. After that, they blocked my access and now they say they will not reactivate my account and that my funds have disappeared.

I have done everything, including completing the KYC process and contacting the company through chat. I requested at least a refund of my deposits, but it was denied.

They are claiming that I am using multiple accounts, which is completely untrue. In any case, I am simply requesting the return of my deposits.

Voided Bets after they had already won, voided bets about to win all without being able to explain why. Their website constantly glitches and it will be your fault if it benefits you, or your fault if it benefits them. They will make sure you dont win regardless. Support sucks as well

I have been a Thunderpick customer for over six months (Username: Insanny) and was previously very satisfied with their service: fast deposits and withdrawals, responsive support, a wide esports section, and a user-friendly interface.

Today I encountered a suspicious/fixed Valorant match (Bet ID: 51a6ed89-f40c-453a-a1f8-cd52bdabc34d). I placed a bet against a streamer. The team opposing the streamer initially had a significant advantage and then won 2 more rounds, with extremely high odds. After that, the match disappeared from the live section, and the team I bet on began deliberately losing the game: they were not just playing poorly—they intentionally gave up rounds and ran at opponents with knives. I have full evidence; this was clearly a fixed match.

I expected the bet to be voided since the event disappeared from live betting during the deliberate loss. I assumed the administrators monitor such situations, but to my surprise, the bet was settled as a loss. I immediately contacted customer support and offered to provide evidence, but received a standard response that did not resolve the situation.

Although the bet amount was small, this situation seriously undermines my trust in Thunderpick. I hope the management contacts me directly, reviews the case, and provides compensation, including moral compensation, which could change my opinion about Thunderpick’s integrity.

Upd: I have provided Thunderpick with more detailed personal information so they can contact me, and I am now waiting for their response. I am ready to provide all necessary evidence and explain the situation in full detail.

I wagered 60k$ and i was betting a lot on Dota 2 and Cs2. Couple days ago my account was suspended for verification purposes and i did my verification successfully and they opened back my account. BUT after that i saw that my limit went 10x DOWN from limits i had before being suspended. I asked support: Why is my limits went down? They answer: We don't adjust individual betting limits on Thunderpick accounts.
And THAT IS straight lie to customer becuase in their betting rules #21 says: We also reserve the right to adjust limits on individual Accounts as well. Okay first lie it’s not the end
I asked if my friend will create account on Thunderpick, he will have 10x bigger limits than me HAVING wagered 60k with verified account, they say we can’t talk about others accounts 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I also got shadow banned on betting on exact league in cs2 because my limit is 0$ xD

This is just awful.
I signed up for this site for a fun time. Nothing seemed out of place, and I deposited almost $500 in total. I played around a bit, then withdrew a little more – $515, which was basically my deposit.
My account was blocked and I was required to undergo identity verification. Okay, so I sent the required documents for verification. Ultimately, I waited over 10 days for a response, and support couldn't give me anything useful.
Today, I received an email saying my withdrawal was rejected, followed by another email saying I violated the site's terms of use, so my account is blocked, and my deposits will not be refunded (why on earth did this company take other people's money??).
I ask you to spread the word about this outrageous act of this company and return my deposit!

Upd: I wrote to the email address that handles disputes, but I still haven't received any response.
Personally, I don't see any problem with returning my deposit. Even if you've violated something, you shouldn't take players' personal money (especially when I'm completely innocent).

Ups2: 5 days have passed, their dispute department has not given any response, and neither have they themselves!

Upd3: After the second update, this company even bothered to respond, claiming I violated clause 21.7 of their rules, allegedly providing false information, even though this is my only account, I'm an adult, and my documents are original. Furthermore, this clause states that they only have the right to cancel my winnings, so it's even more unclear on what basis this company stole my deposit.
And they even marked my review as slanderous, even though they're cheating everyone. It almost feels like they just randomly listed a clause in the rules and that's it. That's how they treat their clients, take note!
Upd4: It's been more than a month, and I haven't received any more messages, and the company is ignoring my emails. I can safely call this company a scam. Avoid it at all costs
