Horrible product that burned! I only opened one box and the return policy states that unopened product will be refunded. That is wrong! They do not stand behind their refund policy! Don’t waste your money on this or waste time with an unethical company!

DO NOT order from this company. The cream which I used one time caused itchiness and distress, so much so that I'm still suffering days later. I asked for a refund and their refund policy is so strict as to be ludicrous. You have to use it for 60 days - why would I when one use caused so much pain. They do not refund for side effects- which are not spelled out anywhere on the website, on the box the cream came in nor any insert in the Box or on the tube itself. Dangerous and deceptive practices, preying on vulnerable menopausal women looking for any kind of relief.
Stay far away, don't waste your time on this trap of a company.

Seems to be helping more than one issue.
I like this product. I started on 8/11/25. Taking 1 soft gel 2x day. I tried to get the special that was running in Sept, I believe. A bogo. I tried and tried to place an order but it never would go through though. So I've been paying full price through Amazon. Would it have worked if I went through your website?

I ordered Qty 3 a three box unit
I ordered a three box unit. And a "Quantity of three". Which was the maximum allowed. (Tried to order four).
So I expected nine boxes.
Only received three.
The online chat wasn't answered. Was on hold for phone forever and then the excuses began before I could explain the situation.
Yep. They said "they were not responsible for missed delivery by usps. "
I said no. Don't try that one me. Usps delivered..you failed to send a complete order. I.am a Certified Fraud Examiner and the package is too small to contain quantity of nine. It is only 0.75 pounds.
Then the agent blah blah blah...will send to management for review.
Nothing about we try to do our very best, we value you as a client. Nope. None of that
Just dancing a little Texas ho-house sidestep. Right off the bat.
I like the product. But being shorted and then disrespected. Not so much.
Seems like customer service is just a clearing house and doesn't work for lubracil.
I don't trust these guys.

I have a pharmacy of products that claim to give relief from dryness and pain with intercourse. None have worked. So Lubracil I'm still rooting for change.

This stuff really works !
I’m 5 weeks into the full 8 recommended and am pleased to report good results. Within the first week I felt relief from the last traces of itch/burn that topical steroid and estrogen creams didn’t quite cure.
I know it’s helping because those symptoms returned immediately the day after I forgot a dose (4 times).
This is product might actually get me back “in action” which my husband will appreciate. 😊

I really like this product a lot. I really wasn't expected to find a difference after starting to use these gels, but I can't deny that. I could notice the difference within the first week to 10 days and haven't needed any other form of lubricant since then. Already ordered my second package. It's pricey, so I took a star off for that, but it does work.

Lubracil is the biggest RIP OFF…
This company is the biggest RIP OFF EVER!!! They put a tiny check box in an obscure part of the order page that if you don't UNcheck, it enrolls you in the subscription program that they will NOT LET YOU CANCEL! Despite repeated calls and emails, you get some robot of an imbecil that barely speaks English on the other end of the phone, who just reads & repeats nothing more than a script. They adamantly refuse to refund you, following 'policy' & when you demand to speak to someone who CAN authorize a refund (for products you never ordered!) they tell you there's no one to transfer the call to & simply keep repeating the same canned script. I ended up disputing $300 charge. BEWARE!!!!

Didn’t work for me so I went back to my estrogen cream where I get it for free from my insurance & no side effects either now that works the best also I heard coconut oil works too which is cheaper you just put some on your finger & insert it into your vagina never tried it but I have a friend who did & it worked for her!!!

The product is decent/reps are not
The product is decent. The customer service is pathetic. After I received a product I didn’t order their rep told me that it was on $55, to which I retorted if it’s only $55 then you pay for it. That was an invitation to a war, absolute atrocious interaction. I contacted my bank and got a refund because, as you probably guessed, they didn’t even respond. They are located in Austin, Texas, here’s their local number that may get you the same rude female I spoke with-but maybe you’ll get a decent human to fix whatever they did to you.
