⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Stunning Gown & Exceptional Customer Service! ❤️✨

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Luanda Bunjaku! From beginning to end, the customer service was absolutely wonderful. Luanda was friendly, supportive and amazing with communication, keeping me informed throughout the process.

And the gown… WOW! 😍 It is absolutely GORGEOUS, beautifully made and such high quality. The attention to detail is stunning, and you can truly see the care and effort that has gone into creating it. It exceeded my expectations!

The only downside was having to pay additional DHL delivery fees when the gown arrived in Sydney, Australia, which was an unexpected extra expense.

Other than that, I’m absolutely thrilled with my gown and the overall experience. I would happily recommend Luanda Bunjaku to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality gown and wonderful customer service. Thank you, Luanda, for making this experience so special! ❤️🥰

I bought my daughter’s formal dress from this company. At first I was worried after being scammed by another company but the customer service was fabulous and very reassuring throughout the whole process from ordering, to making the dress, to sending it, (even though I was a pain in fear of being scammed again 😅) The dress arrived exactly in the time frame they said it would all tracked and it is STUNNING there are no words to describe how well the dress has been made. I first saw the beautiful dress Valentina on their instagram account which was exactly how I wanted my dress to be. I then contacted them on whatsapp, and they were very kind and helpful, and most importantly replied very fast to every question with so much care and patience. They gave all the information that I needed to order a custom-sized dress which turned out absolutely stunning and perfectly fit! I felt the love and care that was put into making the dress and I’m so thankful for the whole team.

They saved the day! I had ordered a dress from somewhere else that did not arrive in time prior to an event. I messaged Luanda explaining the situation and that I needed a dress in 3 days. The quality of the dress was perfect I ordered mines for prom. It was delivered quickly and had no damage done to the box I was happy with how fast it shipped I believe it only took a week to deliver from me ordering it.
