I ordered a one of the $300 backpacks about 4 weeks ago, and haven't even gotten it returned to sender, and no 1 let me know I've been trying to get in touch with support, no 1's been answering, I've been emailing them no 1's been answering and now I just want to refund.

Ordering from LTTStore has been a complete nightmare. Shipping is painfully slow — it feels like they wait to batch orders together to save costs rather than ship promptly. But that’s just the start of the mess.
My order’s tracking status flipped back and forth — first showing “shipped,” then days later changing to “ready to ship.” Clearly something was seriously wrong. I contacted support, only to be met with a useless AI response that said nothing of value. When I finally got a human reply, they ignored all of my concerns and just stated the package was shipped. Since then, total silence. No one is responding to my follow-ups.
Turns out, they sent the package to the wrong address. And after reading other reviews, it’s obvious this isn’t an isolated issue — it’s part of a pattern of sloppiness.
I paid full price for their most expensive backpack and got nothing. No delivery, no support, no accountability. I will never order from LTTStore again.
Just didn't arrive
I was planning a PC build, left enough time for the parcel to reach me based on the upper limit of their delivery estimate but a week odd late & it hasn't even got to England.
Nothing is scanned, their bot doesn't reassure & whlish I'd just not bothered now.
How can the support be so bad
How can the support be so bad? i'm not the only one as you can see the previous reviews. Product is not being shipped and mailing the support i'm getting a AI response that even the AI said something is wrong and forward it to someone REAL.
Finally receiving a message and the message just says how i can track it, yeah the shipment has just taken place after almost 2 weeks of waiting. Linus does love his mystery shopper series maybe we also need one for LTT? and not even a sorry!
hit or miss
I've got the ltt screwdriver, and I love it. It came in a proper box, which was packages and in good condition. I also have a precision screwdriver, which came in a plastic bag. Already beat up in shipping, and not to spec.
And the support channel that claimed to be all human refused to let me talk to a human. Their ai bot wasn't helpful and even following instructions they never got back to me.
Ordering here seems a bit of a gamble, an expensive one at that

Long time fan that is not any more after this experiance
Long time fan. Who after this experience has cancelled my membership to floatplane as unscribed made order on 25 nov email stated delivery or 3 to six days. Nothing until the 4th of dec stating it had been shipped with an ups tracking number. Presently the 16th of dec and ups still has not received the item. Nothing but garbage AI responses from support. Will be transferring this to my credit cards fraud section.

High-Quality Products with Great Attention to Detail
I’ve had a great experience with LTTstore, and I’m really impressed by their products. You can tell there’s a lot of thought and care put into each item, and the quality is evident in the execution.
That said, shipping to Europe can be quite expensive, which makes me think twice before placing an order. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re an international customer.
One product I can’t recommend enough is their screwdriver. Everyone I’ve handed mine to has been really impressed by how well-designed and functional it is. If you're considering a purchase, their tools are definitely worth checking out!

Their products are great, they are well thought out, clearly tested and robust, but their customer experience really destroys it.
For the price I'm expecting more and maybe my expectations are too high, but their internal policies and behaviour to customers is pretty harsh with little to no recourse to fix issues where circumstances were different.
They gave me the wrong date for expected shipping(and try to claim that they clearly indicated a change after the fact).
Ignored my request to change address, even though I asked them to change it if they expected the delay to take longer.
Won't honour a promise to their customers for product that didn't have all the features they sold it as having (it wasn't entirly their fault, but 3 month voucher is not long enough)
They will come back to you with lengthy emails explaining everything and will avoid trying to make it a good customer experince.
They complain about other brands but when it comes to their own behaviour it's the same as the brands they complain about.
Delivery mishap handled very well
Ordered a couple shirts with the Lime day deals, package was send out in a reasonable time. But after that is where it went a little wrong, DHL didn't provide adequate tracking and never told me the package was delivered to a (PostNL) service point (Europe, Netherlands). So after a week the package was marked as return to sender.
After getting in touch with LTT customer service I was given the option to either 1. Have them send out another order of what was in stock (Not everything was in stock anymore) and store credit to order the rest later when it's back in stock including shipping, 2. Get store credit, 3. Get a full refund.
I chose option 1 and am now writing this review wearing 1 of the new very comfy shirts. Once the others are in stock I'll be ordering them as well.
Overall not the fastest customer service responsetime but very friendly and helpfull. Explained everything nicely and I can only say I'm happy to shop there again.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I’ve been a long-time fan of Linus Media Group, so it pains me to write this review. I placed an order on June 28th, 2024, and as of August 7th, my order still hasn't shipped. The customer service throughout this process has been abysmal.
Timeline:
August 1st: I reached out about my order status. The response on August 2nd mentioned a delay due to a backordered item, expected to ship by August 2nd.
August 2nd: I responded to express my frustration with the outdated information, but received no further communication.
August 6th: I sent another email seeking an update, emphasizing the urgency.
August 7th: With still no response, I sent a third email.
The lack of communication and transparency from Linus Media Group’s support team is unacceptable. Delays happen, but keeping customers informed is crucial. This experience has seriously impacted my view of a brand I once held in high regard.
I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their content.

I was kept up to date as the items shipped and were transported.
As expected the items are excellent and I only wish I had got a few more while the shipping was free!

Ordered shoes Feb 2. May 2 items were delivered to my PO Box. May 14 shoes sent back because I had not picked them up (out of town). So it is now Aug. 1 and still no shoes. Worst online order experience ever. Customer support sucks!!! Don’t order from this company!!
Unique products of great quality, and great customer service
While some of the products are on the more expensive side (when not bought on sale. And boy are there sometimes some good sales!), I've felt that the design and craftsmanship of everything I've ordered so far has been really great. I have had a few issues with a couple of my orders, but customer service have always been absolutely perfect for me, and have gone above and beyond to fix my issues.
Shipping is slow, but that is to be expected when it needs to go around the world to get to my location, so I won't mark down for that.

Ordered sandals over a month ago, was supposed to be here last weekend and still have not received them and no response from customer service. Crappy company and will never order again once I get my money back through PayPal.

I ordered a mystery hoodie and got the free green beanie with the order. It was supposed to have been here by December 20th for my birthday on December 22nd. But the shipping date kept getting pushed until I finally received it today on december twenty eighth. Although the shipping speeds have some work to be done, the quality of the goods far surpassed my expectations.. I know that they have good quality stuff but didn't know how good until I received a Swacket As my mystery hoodie. Probably the best bang for buck purchase I made all year.
Proof they are a YouTube company
For a YouTube company that drives revenue from their e-commerce store, and their store being as poor service as it is, the only reason they are still in business is because people support the content they produce.
If I wasn’t supporting the content I would give them 1 star. I ordered in November and was expecting shipment at the latest mid December for arrival before Xmas. Doubt I will get it for Xmas and a handful of my gifts will now be an iou.
I hope they fix this, sounds like it’s been a problem since day one but you can tell they don’t have a clue what their doing because running an e-commerce store is one of the more simpler business ventures.

I have bought a screwdriver, 40oz water bottle, a desk pad, and swacket (like a heavy hoodie). All of them have been great! But, they are premium products so they do have a premium price tag. They are a bit expensive but I think they are worth it have had them all for months now and heavy use with very little wear. The only little thing to think about is they do not have fast shipping so if you order from them be prepared to wait a few weeks. I have read horror story of waiting months but that wasn't what happen in my cases.
Hoodie Purchase was Sub-Par. *Strong Avoid* if you like fitted clothing.
Overall: it took awhile for my order (hoodie/hat) to arrive, the hoodie didnt fit anything close to what Im used to, and then I ended up with $12 less in my pocket after a month long return. Yeah, not great. Ive been interested in maybe a screwdriver too-- but prob will stick to watching the shows and avoiding their shop going forward.
Details:
FIT: The hoodie (a small) was huge on me. Usually small is a little snug/fitted on me (which I like). It's especially confusing to me, given that im slightly larger than Linus, and on the website he's wearing a medium that seems to more or less fit him without looking super baggy.
I would guess this small is equivalent in size to a large in the brands I typically buy-- all of which are fairly high-quality common brands (Delta, Canvas, American Apparel)
I have three theories on this: 1. They sell a SUPER baggy fit 2. They sent me the wrong size (like, it was mislabeled at the manufacturer). 3. Their products are made poorly/inconsistently.
CS: Their customer service rep was polite but couldnt give me any especially useful sizing help of where to measure and figure out if it was the wrong size or not (and whether I should be looking for a return or an size exchange). My best guess is: it was the correct size and just ultra baggy is their style.
RETURN: Arranged a return which... was delivered to the address.... and then nothing happened for like 3 weeks post-delivery. I emailed, and then got a refund (less the shipping to me-- which, kind of sucks under the circumstances) a couple days later.
QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION: The build quality on the hoodie was... equivalent to what im used to. But not "OMG AMAZING", like they heavily imply on their channels. But Im also comparing it to very good brands (like Delta and American Apparel).
