So far not a great experience
So far not a great experience. I placed an order on May 23rd and paid 140 US dollars for shipping which said “shipping 5 working days”. This is the most expensive shipping I’ve ever paid for a supplier overseas, but I really wanted to receive the items quickly. I sent an email on the 28th, 4 business days later, because I haven’t even received a tracking number. I received a response saying that my order should be sent by this Friday the 31st. The wording on the website is incredibly deceiving. “Shipping 5 working days” means it should arrive that quickly. If it takes an entire week to process the order, it should state “5 working days for handling” and then advise the actual shipping time. I completely understand the time difference and I order overseas very frequently, but I’ve never had a supplier take so incredibly long just to send the order. I placed an order with another supplier in the Uk on the same day, I paid 30 US dollars for shipping and received it yesterday. If you are ordering from outside the UK, I would recommend other suppliers. There are other companies that charge much less for shipping and actually follow through on their word and are transparent with shipping policies. I will update this review if anything changes, but so far it’s not looking good and I will probably continue to shop elsewhere.
**Update as of June 3rd
The business reached out to me the very next day after posting my review and asked me to remove it and offered to refund half of the cost of shipping. While I appreciate the offer, I find it shady and question how many reviews have been removed for financial incentive. They blamed me for perceiving their shipping times incorrectly. Shipping time means how long it takes the product to arrive. Handling or processing time means how long it takes to get the order ready. Their website should be very clear if it takes them longer than normal to process an order to ship it out. Like I said previously, I order from many many suppliers and typically receive orders from overseas within 5 days (not prepared and THEN shipped within 5 days). After the review, they also immediately shipped my order through Fedex which I received another day later. So the shipping is indeed very quick, it's just the handling time of this business that is extremely slow. The products I received were of good quality and the price was very competitive and therefore I'm adjusting the rating from 1 star to 3 stars, but the lack of transparency, the gaslighting from the business, and the bribing to remove my review has dissuaded me from ordering from here again. It is probably a good supplier if you are in the UK, but if you are ordering from the USA, there are faster and cheaper options.

Hi Valerie. I replied to your email today as I was away until today. This was my reply which I think clarifies things. 5 working days do not include weekends. We don't advertise that we ship next business day and that it takes 5 days to arrive. It is advertised in your cart as 'Shipping within 5 working days' and then it takes 1-2 days to reach pretty much anywhere in the US. Our shipping price is based on the value of the order and, unless you speak to your account manager, you will be sometimes charged higher than the requirement set for our maximum items per shipment calculation. I think my reply is helpful and honest, and the service certainly doesn't deserve 1 star in my opinion - so I would ask politely if you would reconsider. If you think shipping pricing is too high, then there's no reason why you should pay it and, as you have eluded to, there are cheaper options available worldwide, but there's often a sacrifice with service levels, especially if there's an issue with customs, product quality etc, which sets us apart from other companies and why we are highly rated on Trustpilot - I believe it is rare for a customer to receive the attention and assistance of both a dedicated account manager and a director dealing with every order made. Like I say in my email, it is always best to engage with your account manager as they can help bring the pricing down, and speed the process up where they can.

The card I have "On file" never works
The card I have "On file" never works, it takes days for someone to get back to me. The first time I ordered I have my product 2 days later. The past few times, I have to order 2 weeks prior because I know there's issues. My card won't work, whatever. There has never been a any issues with any of my cards except for this website.

Hi, card transactions can sometimes be tricky. We offer a service where we can process payments using our virtual terminal which work 99% of the time. If you contact your account manager, then he/she can organise for you. It also helps to engage with your account manager regarding shipping schedules to help speed up the process.
