Amazing quality bags and amazing customer service
I’ve have bought bags from LRM for the last 5 years and have always been so happy with
1.The fabulous bag quality
2.The packaging and time sent
3.The amazing customer service
(Why I’m surprised to see some reviews but I do know their systems were down a couple of weeks ago)
As buying about 5/6 bags of them I’ve returned a couple to exchange and one refund and have NEVER had ANY trouble in the process.
The bags always get compliments and bags I’ll keep for ever as they are so well made, classic and timeless.
Don’t think twice about buying from them, as I know I’m a fussy customer and a perfectionist and I’ve been so happy with every purchase.

Fantastic well made bags
I have now found my new accessories company. I have purchased a bag from them and it's beautiful. I also asked them to engrave a bag that I didn't have my name on it from a previous purchase and nothing was too much hassle. A fantastic company and their bags are exceptionally well made.
BEST OF THE BEST
LRM are the BEST OF THE BEST at Customer Service. Not only do they have the most amazing quality handbags, but their customer service is second to none. I have several of their gorgeous handbags, but a clip broke on a favourite one. Thinking that was the end of my handbag, I contacted LRM who promptly sent me a replacement Foc. Thankyou. I get so many compliments on their unique bags, and it’s well deserved. Thankyou for wonderful customer service. Much appreciated.
Horrendous customer service
When you are buying from this company, make sure that you are not planning to return the goods as they'll not reply to your email! I emailed them to say that I would like to return my bag and asked to advice on how to proceed. They did not reply and I decided to buy my own return label and informed them afterwards. The bag has been returned and still no update from them about the refund. This will be the last time I'll be buying from this company!
Now sorted - No communication
Updated - I've heard from LRM and had contact but social media. My query is being sorted.
I'm trying to arrange a refund/swap for a vag purchased recently. Although my first 2 emails received a response the rest and an attempt at online chat have been unanswered. I wondered if they have folded?

Be warned: this company is not to be trusted
I got my bag right away, but it wasn't the quality I was expecting, so I asked for a return. The process was a little slow, as I had to email someone to ask permission to send it back. All was agreed upon (although begrudgingly on their part), so I went ahead and posted the bag through Royal Mail's tracked delivery service. That was over a month ago. I've still not heard anything or received my refund. I'm deeply concerned, as any email I send bounces back. No one is answering the live chat either. I am not holding out much hope for my money, but I will keep trying, and if all else fails, I'll make an official complaint. This has all the signs of a company on the brink of administration.

shop soiled bag with security tag attached!
Bought a bag in cream smooth leather. The bag had clearly been hanging around in their shop for a while. it had marks on the front, chipped glazing on the sides, marks to the suede on the inside and to top it all they left the security tag on it so I couldn't use it even if was ok.
I sent an email over Easter and got a reply Easter Monday requesting more photos. I promptly sent the photos and haven't heard anything back from them for the week. not even an acknowledgement.
Oh but I did get an email requesting that I fill out a review form which I am sure they wont be adding to their website.
very disappointed as this is a bag which I already have in a different colour and thought a summer cream would be great. But it already looks used and I had only taken it out of the box.
No I can not recommend you purchase from this company. the communication is poor. And the products are hit and miss.
I await my refund so I can buy a bag else where.
Update - got a refund but they deducted £11.44 and they have blocked me sending emails to them.

LRM are a fantastic company, I’ve purchased quite a few bags from them now and each one always comes perfectly wrapped and the quality is amazing. Something else that is amazing is the customer service, if ever I’ve had a query or a question they are so fast to respond and sort anything if needs be. I will definitely be purchasing more bags from them!

I have recently bought my second bag and contacted the team through their website for a second strap. They responded the same day and found one for me in store. I was so happy with the customer service I received 😁

Lovely Leopard Print Heart Bag
Pre-ordered the leopard print heart shaped bag which was due to be dispatched on 21 March, however received notification yesterday that it been shipped. Arrived very quickly via DPD and I love it, lovely soft leather with a slight shine to it and as leopard is now considered a natural I’m sure I will get loads of use out of it.

Beautiful products and incredible service - I messaged on Instagram to enquire about seasonal colours, and the staff who assisted went out of their way to help. They located the last of a specific shade, personalised it and managed to include the exact strap I was after - honestly some of the best service I have received.
The bag is beautiful (Lola tote, orange), and will be perfect as a holiday/travel bag, as well as for carrying my work stuff and going to gym - perfection!
It is a female founded small business, and the product range is gorgeous - this is just my first purchase, as I already have my eye on the Fleur bag (just waiting for the new season shades to drop!).
Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed by the quality or the service - big 5 stars from me!

I have bought a few items from this company before and absolutely loved them. I had some Christmas money and have had my eye on one of their tote bags for a while now. I spotted one in their outlet store and immediately put it in my basket but for some reason it would not go in!! I reached out to their customer service team to help and they responded immediately and sorted me out quickly and easily. So impressed with their service and really looking forward to receiving my beautiful new bag. Thank you so much to Rachel for all of your help xx

£145 Order not received!!! No help from customer service
I have ordered from LRM before a few years ago a circle bag for my friend as a gift and it was fab!
In December 5th I ordered two circle bags £145one for me and a gift for my sisters birthday to be delivered to her to her address in her name and correspondence to her email as I was moving house thought be best option.
We have never received our order and I’m shocked at poor customer service. We have emailed got one response to say looking into but nothing since,and still no bags. I understand that delivering to Ireland May be slower but the lack of communication is terrible and not sure if we will receive.
