Excellent product and service
I bought an LPG cylinder and all connectors from LPG Shop to convert my motorhome. The guidance provided before I bought was excellent and the process was very straightforward. The savings and convenience subsequently have been very good. The guys who answer the phone are very knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend conversion and using LPG Shop to get your conversion done.

Outstanding aftersales service
Mario is very knowlegable and is contactable very easily by phone. He answers Emails very quickly and when I had a small problem with a componant it was replaced within days. Online orders usually arrive the next day. It is unusual these days to find aftersales service as good as this.

Wrong parts and lack of basic instructions
Wrong parts and lack of even basic instructions. Kit arrive fairly promptly but with no instructions you have to figure it out yourself. Not too demanding but instructions would help. Got given wrong size t-piece for gas inlet pipe . All other fittings 8mm but t-piece was 6mm. Wrong size hole cutter supplied for fuel filler cap too. This was really annoying because I drilled a wrong sized hole through a brand new camper van. They sent instructions saying I’d done it wrong but the YouTube video they sent showed it used through a couple of mm wall where as my camper wall is about 70mm thick

Excellent customer service
Great customer service from Mario, the faulty level gauge supplied with the LPG tank was only discovered upon fitting six months after purchase.
A replacement was shipped overnight & 24 hours after contacting Mario the new gauge was fitted & working.
One problem quickly solved, one happy customer.

Warning - LPG Shop - Nice new Clesana toilet but no foil liner refils
Purchased a Clesana toilet for our motorhome. This arrived as expected and contained one roll of the foil liners . The toilet was perfectly fitted. An extra number of foil liners were ordered with the toilet and never arrived. We had been told we can buy more of the foil liners without any problems. We now find out they’re out of stock and only really available for delivery within Europe and not into the U.K. We and the company fitting the toilet have chased LPG Shop and Mario endlessly and we have been given the run around with false promises. So we now have a nice new toilet, one roll of toilet bags and that’s it. We are heading off to France today and were planning on being off grid (the purpose of this toilet) but not now and looking to where we can buy these cassette foil liners….maybe Germany, Belgium. LPG Shop have not helped or supported us, no response to emails. I would be very wary of this company because making a big commitment like changing a toilet only to find it’s not possible to get replacements foil liners makes us wonder if we made the correct decision . Also , they are not an official distributor of Clesana in the UK so have no support. I wouldn’t trust anything LPG Shop say!!

You passed your orders to the third party and we have fulfilled the order promptly and send all the ordered items. We also were told not to contact you directly and every order will be sorted by third party. Why there was no order for extra liners for the past few weeks when they were still in stock? Mario just received information regarding liners last week. We will appreciate if you can remove this False review from Trustpilot.

Good value & quality, and great customer service
We ordered wheel arch water tanks with fitting kits. We had one fitted and the process went very well. It looks very neat. The second tank and kit wasn’t needed. Mario in customer services at LPG is very helpful and professional. He also has the patience of a saint! He handled the return and refund process very well.
