Like others, I needed an lpg adapter for a bifuel dacia. And having read the reviews, I also phoned and he was very helpful and pleasant. I ordered the same day and it arrived as expected. Haven't tried it yet but great to be able to speak to someone who knew a lot about the issue.

Excellent, speedy service and great product

I can’t recommend this business enough — from fast delivery to unbelievable customer service. After installing the equipment, I ran into an issue I couldn’t figure out. One email and a quick phone call later, the problem was solved! It turned out I’d accidentally triggered a safety valve. Mario got back to me promptly with clear, friendly guidance, and everything was sorted in no time. Absolutely top-class service — I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

They had what I wanted in stock and they despatched it well packed and reasonably quickly.
Unfortunately, they chose to use FedEx for delivery. FedEx did not deliver next day, which I'd paid extra for because I needed the part urgently.
I was away when they did deliver it the following day, and they left it in full view of the street on the doorstep, not in the parcel box on the wall, even though FedEx told me it had to be signed for.
Luckily, I unexpectedly passed by en-route to being away for a week, so I was able to rescue my abandoned package.

What a pleasure it is to work with these guys. Conversation over the weekend and part arrived today. Wish more companies worked this way. Well done Mario for outstanding service, thank you :-)

Very helpful advice prior to purchasing

I wanted to convert the lpg gas bottles installation on my motorhome to refillable bottles.
Spoke to Mario Wlodarsky who was excellent he provided me with a list of items needed and advice on how to proceed.
Because of this install was easy and first refill of lpg gas went fine.

availability of the component and the rapid response as the original sensor had become defective which caused engine problems and gas management misreading's. Postage was expensive but it was by courier FedEx

From ordering to delivery the whole process was straightforward. I was kept informed at each stage and the safe fill canister was delivered quickly and efficiently.
I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
