My front door is five steps away from the pavement,,
It could’ve been left behind the green bins ,,

Item cam badly damaged with a smashed side panel, couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of a return built it so the damage was up against a wall and didn’t show, but damage was quite significant

Not a great start, still waiting for delivery. The item was meant to be delivered before the 28th latest.

Called them to check and to say that if it was free this date we would not be available for 3 weeks as we are away. They said they would update and the guy was pretty rude. Surprise surprise delivery is the 29th so either cancel the delivery or have the package sat on the drive for 3 weeks. 1. I wouldn’t have ordered if the delivery was going to be after the 28th 2. Poor customer service 3. Can’t get hold of them to query why they have now rescheduled to after the original latest delivery date.

Trying to get hold of company I ordered from to cancel order or ask them to get a more competent courier.

The delivery driver was very friendly and delivered my packages with care. Thank you.

On time, polite and efficient delivery driver.

Driver was meant to collect my faulty furniture item along with a replacement today. Instead just dropped off my replacement and said he had no instructions to collect my faulty item. Spoke to Rowen homes, they said the driver had got it wrong and shouldve collected my faulty item. So much back and forth, no organisation, now I can’t walk through my hallway because I’ve got two huge pieces of boxed furniture waiting to be collected. Disgusted with the service, would not recommend to anyone.

Timely appearance: very amenable: efficient

Very disappointing delivery, bought a king size bed and paid for it to be delivered to room of choice but it states on the boxes how it’s a 2 man job but only sent one man and he also couldn’t be asked cause it’s heavy , so he left it up to me a 5ft 1 49kg to deliver my own bed from the lift to my flat by myself.

Driver was very helpful & polite worth giving him a tip.Great service.The only down side
Needed a little more than an hours notice.
Apart from that 100% satisfaction

Not even 24 hrs notice for delivery, bulky item and just one man, neighbour who kindly took delivery had to help to lift off van!
