We have had an issue with our Motorhome and took it back to Lowdhams on a warranty claim. It was dealt with very quickly and professionally by Jake who assessed the vehicle and agreed that he would sanction the warranty work. A date was agreed to take the vehicle in to have the work done. We had a phone call from Megan to confirm that the parts were in stock. Repairs were carried out by Hake Sykes - Technical Manager, who has been brilliant. The parts were replaced on warranty- job done.
We had an unrelated issue with our WiFi (possibly user error). He soon sorted this problem out for us and also helped us to program our radio. Nothing was too much trouble.
Communication has been superb and we cannot fault Lowdhams, so thank you again Jake, we really do appreciate your help.

We brought our caravan from Lowdhams Nottingham, I can honestly say Sandra made our sale so smoothly, she went above and beyond to help us, we had to change dates of collection and she even came in on her day off to accommodate! 10-10 service. Highly recommend.

Met Jamie at the NEC show, he was very helpful and patient with us as we are newbies to the camper van scene. We went for the 194 Carrera 60th Edition. Following Jamie’s advice we had 2 nights on the rally field so that we had experts on hand to help us out. Everybody at Lowdhams, cafe, shop and aftercare team were great, nothing seemed to much trouble. Picked up essentials from the shop. Just back from our first trip away and the van performance from journey to sleeping was great. No problems with anything so far!

Really disappointed gave initial 1 star. Was looking at new set defflass upgrading my 2023 Swift motorhome. The display model locked. Spoke to sales agent Caroline,?whom said it’s open went back it was locked. Just with a customer will open for you - went and got a brew at beanies and then 40 minutes later no sign of sales person. still locked asked another team unable to as not department and Debbie on reception tried without success. Well first impressions customer service awful so will now find another dealer. Little things leave lasting impressions, the motorhome new is around £120000. It would have extras too. Guess or lost a sale!

I have dealt with Lowdhams this last week as there was a couple of campervans we were interested in. We spoke to Jamie and explained we were traveling 500 miles so wanted to ensure it wasn’t wasted.
Jamie honestly couldn’t have been more helpful to us. He answered calls, moved vans so it was easier for us to view, organized a night stop over and provided endless coffee while we browsed. Sadly we didn’t end up being able to match a deal on the day as part ex price was too low. I believe he really tried to get as good a price as their business model allows but it fell short.
If the deal on the part ex had of been better we would have been happy to sign up. Sadly it’s the business model that let us down not the salesman. If going here please ask for Jamie he really is an amazing asset to this company and I want to thank him for all the time he spent with us. Complete non pushy but efficient and polite and friendly.
Thanks all maybe next time but a straight forward good deal from management rather than backwards and forwards would have been better for us.

Our second purchase from Lowdham Leisureworld & our first new caravan. Well served by Bryan Johnson, from qualifying the van that suited us, to handling our part exchange & organising a great handover. Thoroughly recommended and we can’t imagine shopping elsewhere. As a bonus the on site accessories shop is very well stocked, with helpful, informative staff. Try the cafe too which has fantastic coffee and cake.

I took my motor home in on the 17th June for the habitation check and the service was excellent all round.
Particular thanks to Jake service manager who helped me sort out a problem I had with the motorhome it seemed like no trouble to him to take time away ftom his desk and he was happy to help. His knowledge must be a big asset to Lowdhams and I hope he is appreciated.
The service staff in the office were also great and a particular thanks to Kiran who sorted me out on arrival and talked through what would happen. His advice was very helpful.

Bought a new Dethless Alpa from Lowdams .
Kevin aka super Kev bent over backwards to get the Motorhome Ready in time for us ,unfortunately there were a few issues as all new motorhomes and Kevin and the rest of the team ,were excellent in trying to resolve the issues .
Please dont be put off by some of the negative reviews Lowdams were always, helpful ,friendly at every stage and would definitely buy from them again .
Good work Kevin the management should be proud of having such a excellent asset within their team ,also thanks to Ryan in the workshop for his help and support .

Awful customer service. I have spent over 300k on 4 motorhome . I have an issue with the newest one. Rang 15 times today got through 2 twice and promised a call back, it never happened. I am stuck in Ireland with no electric.

Kiran is the GOAT ( Greatest of all time) of Lowdhams Service Centre. He has a fantastic memory, remembers customers and jobs, he just gets things sorted, he listens, his go to narrative is to help and not to blame us when something goes wrong, he ensures enough detail is added to jobs needing done and facilitates the van from check in to check out. At the request of Lowdhams, I have removed the names of the people involved.
Aftersales service is shocking.
I am writing this in June. My motorhome has been in their workshop since January. I had previously spent almost £1000 on a service so I expected no issues.
Communication has been at best suboptimal, but better described as dishonest and difficult. Nobody returns calls or responds to emails. I would call the service department and they would not answer the phone when they saw my number.
After emailing the Chairman and Managing Director there was some movement but this again has stopped. Amusingly, there is a recorded message when you are on ‘call waiting’, explaining how the MD is designing motorhomes…a man who apparently does not have access to a telephone.
Ultimately the Sales Director was put on the case. But communication has dried up with him too.
Please exercise caution if considering spending money with this organisation. If you have an issue you will be ignored and abandoned.
I have investigated Lowdhams and I am certainly not the only case.
I feel like taking my van and trailer with a giant A-board to all the trade shows, to warn people of what happens when you deal with Lowdhams.
