The salesman Kirby was excellent from start to finish a credit to Lowdhams. All the staff were helpful and always polite.
Sandra was excellent throughout. Fantastic hand over and all round valued member of the caravan team.
We were impressed from our initial meeting at the showroom. All the staff were great however Stuart literally went the extra mile during our test drive to help us choose the right vehicle. He invested a lot of his time keeping us up to date from ordering our Sunlight Cliff to delivery. Also a huge thanks to Shirley who did our handover, very professional and lovely to chat with. Finally, spending the first night on Lowdhams rally field to check everything out was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend.
Everything was straight forward.The deal was struck over the phone and my wife and I went up to Nottingham from the south to see Gordon Whitehead the sales executive who was excellent in all ways. We went up a couple of weeks later to collect the motorhome. We met up with Paul who did the handover who again was very efficient and Gordon even came in on his day off to make sure the handover went smoothly. We would highly recommend Lowdhams.

Shocking customer service. Quick enough to sell you a van but not quick enough to sort any issues. Been waiting over 7 months now for replacement parts, which they damaged themselves whilst working on a different fault. Contradicting advice from different staff members. One stating our van is ‘not fit for purpose’ and another stating some issues are fine when they aren’t. My surrogate parents have been treated appallingly, both suffered with severe depression because of the stress. They just want what they deserve within their rights. As they are so stressed, I’ve had to take over fighting with Lowdhams with help from Trading Standards. I have no option now but to go above Lowdhams in hope of a resolution.
Massive thanks to all the staff at Lowdham's, I bought my first camper van from the ever help full Stuart, lots of help from Adam and Jamie also.

I’ve just picked up my new Sunlight Cliff 600x campervan and have got to say the customer service from start to finish has been excellent.
Stuart has been great from my initial sales query, right through to ordering, providing delivery updates and ensuring everything went to plan on my delivery day.
I had a comprehensive van walk round with Shirley who was fantastic. Top tip - video this part so you can watch again if needed. It’s a lot to take in picking up a new van and Shirley went through everything in orderly fashion and made sure nothing was missed.
I stopped over on the rally field (it’s free inc. EHU) and had a couple of queries in the morning. Stuart and Shirley were happy to help and put me right.
I’d throughly recommend buying a van from Lowdhams and thanks to Stuart and Shirley for looking after me and getting me on the road.
Lowdhams also have a great little cafe on site that is really handy if you need to wait around for anything or if you arrive early.
Can’t wait to make some memories now in my new van - the open road awaits! 👍😀

Thank you, Martin Bristow, for the outstanding service you provided today. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and efficient.
Our repair was completed quickly to an excellent standard, and everything was explained clearly. We were booked in at 8:20 a.m. and were back on the road heading home by 10:20 a.m., which exceeded our expectations.
We really appreciate the excellent customer service from the service reception staff and would highly recommend Martin Bristow to anyone looking for reliable, top-class service. Thank you again!

reported a problem with a drop down bed on my new motorhome and was asked to bring it in for service staff to have a look . I went the next day and the issue was resolved in one hour, Martin and Jake were great, no fuss ,they just sorted the problem and i was on my way, thanks

We had a problem with damp in one of the lockers on our caravan. Lowdhams assessed the problem and submitted a claim to Swift under the warranty. This was rejected, but Lowdhams failed to advise us of this despite a number of chasers.
We agreed to have some work done by Lowdhams in accordance with their estimate, albeit at £125 per hour, which was significantly more than the rate quoted for other work earlier this year. However, despite chasing them a number of times to book a date for the work, we have still not had a reply. We have found someone who will to the work at half the price, and who responded promptly.

I stayed in their Rally Field first night, which was FOC just in case needed any help. All round super dealership with great accessories shop with also great bunch of guys.

We bought a motorhome in 2025...the salesman was fabulous and helpful..once we took pocession the customer service was dreadful...i have written an email on numerous occasions with my complaintsxandchad no response ,dont get sucked in by all the sales patter

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but I honestly didn't need to be. To their credit, they were open about the fact they'd had some problems in the past and were clearly working hard to improve things.
I had a few snagging issues that needed sorting. Gordon kept me updated all the way through, so I always knew what was happening.
When I took the motorhome back, I dropped it off, went and had a drink in the café, and by the time I'd finished everything had been done. Dave sorted all the snagging without any fuss and the whole experience was quick and easy.
From my experience, the customer service was excellent and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them.

Good customer service. Jamie kept us informed early on and sorted out a delivery issue so we could collect the van when we needed too.
They gave us a good price and came in less expensive than other quotes we had received for the same van.
