From ordering to collecting our new motorhome Caroline was friendly & professional, keeping us informed on progress at all stages of.
On collection Paul gave us a comprehensive hand over, explaining all the major function of the vehicle.
A big plus was the overnight stay on the adjacent camping field to fully test the motorhome for ourselves. We found a few little niggles which were sorted promptly the next day by Jake & Martin.

Excellent customer services from decision to purchase through to delivery. All staff have been professional and friendly and seem to truly care about the customer experience.

From the friendly greeting at reception, to majority of staff saying ‘good morning’ the service we received from Jamie was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, all our questions (even simple basic ones) were answered without hesitation. Jamie didn’t push a sale, he left us to look around and get a feel for the vehicle and then answered our questions. We negotiated a fair part exchange deal. He worked extremely hard to enable us to collect our campervan early by working alongside his colleagues to enable this to happen. We certainly would recommend Lowdhams to friends and family, especially Jamie for his helpful manner.

Sale staff are friendly and have a reasonable knowledge of the product they are selling and will go the extra mile to answer any queries.
The staff preparing the final product do not appear to check thoroughly and you find snags which take some of the shine off of the product.

Every body we dealt with during our viewing / purchase of our caravan was, friendly, professional & knowledge. The whole process was very easy and enjoyable & the caravan is gorgeous and good value for money. Would highly recommend them to anybody wishing to purchase a caravan camper or motorhome.

Came here in May as we were thinking of up grading our VW T6 conversion. On arriving we knew we would have our heads turned due to the amount of stock they have. The store is clean, spacious and dog friendly which I love. Because who hasn’t got a dog these days. There is a large outdoor section filled with camper vans, caravans, motor homes. Indoor again lots of choice. Upstairs tents and camping equipment. Also a cafe on site too.
We saw a van we really liked but unfortunately we couldn’t part exchange our T6 as it was a private conversion. We sold our Campervan privately within a month or so. My husband emailed Lowdams for more information on the van we had seen. Jamie Middup responded to our email with all the details we required.
We called down a week later and sat with Jamie and went through more of the details on the van. Jamie was very knowledgeable and showed us around the van and answered any questions we had. We did have a budget in mind but did have to stretch this a little. The van we chose was taken to a show recently so was a bit dirty inside and outside. But Jamie assured me that it will be spotless on collection.
We are looking forward to collecting our van next month. Hymer Free 600 Campus.

Worked well with Jamie in the Sales department who looked after us from start to finish and was helpful and informative throughout. Ryan in the parts division was also extremely helpful and flexible and took the time to discuss what we needed and worked to tight timeframes. Overall a very positive experience and would use Lowdhams again for sure.

On having my caravan serviced this week I was very impressed with the staff at Lowdhams who took very good care of me. In particular, Kiran, on making the appointment, to the reception received on delivering the caravan and later on collection.

I have been using Lowdhams for the last five years and noticed more recently a vast improvement in the service department in respect to communication, detail and control.

We have just purchased a new ACE 1500 DB motorhome. Our thanks go to Steve for his help and advice during our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a few problems with the inet app which Steve sorted for us. There were a few updates needed doing which created minor issues. Hopefully these are now sorted. This is our 3rd purchase from Lowdhams and they have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend the ace if you are looking for a van without travel seats. Very spacious and plenty of storage.

Great handover of our lovely campervan from Lowdhams today. Stuart, Shirley and Ryan were able to answer all of our questions and go through all of the details of our new Dethleff home on wheels.
From start to finish of our purchase has been a great experience and we were pleased to learn there are call numbers to help even after we leave with our purchase.
We are now excited to get out and try out all of the features for ourselves!!

Good at selling. , Sharon was excellent.polite and welcoming. But we had a problem . Phoned 23 th July technical department still waiting for call back. Very disappointed

Over several visits, Jamie Middup was super-helpful and as good as his word without ever being pushy.

This is my 5th caravan purchased from Lowdhams .
Salesman Phil was great no pressure and had time to explain the equipment in the van . We then discussed our trade in and agreed on a price that suited both parties .
On delivery of the van which was fully prepared to the usual high standard . Phil demonstrated fully the van equipment . He also got Mark the technician to fit some of our equipment from the old van. I was so impressed by Mark who kindly asked if there was anything else that needed fitting . Customer care and satisfaction of the highest standard.

We have had a great experience with this company from Gordon who originally sold us the motorhome at the NEC and Megan who helped us and was very kind when we had some issues (which were resolved) with the motorhome. Stuart and initially Jake helped us with our purchase of a Sunlight Cliff 540. An extremely long delay, 4 months, in getting the van but we understand that was a delay in Germany. A couple more emails updating us of timescale would have been good but a minor issue.
Stuart took over and has also been excellent. Very friendly and attentive and has listened and helped with all our concerns. We've stayed two nights here and have found it worthwhile to do so. A very good experience.

Stuart and Jake have looked after us well and answered all our questions patiently. We are happy with their communications. We feel very confident that we can ask if we have any future questions.
