I have installed office 2016 and it was working fine. They also mentioned if we change the computer we need a new license key, which they will be providing by e-mail. I bought a new laptop and contacted their support team but no response from them. Poor service, unreliable, careful and rethink twice before buy.

PLease do not buy from these, I now only have the product that I bought for the next 30 days as there is no way of activating without contact with them which they are not responding to

DO NOT BUY MICROSOFT OFFICE FROM THIS COMPANY. They illegally purchase a professional multi key from Microsoft and sell one of the uses to the consumer. They cannot do this. This means there is NO service from Microsoft should anything go wrong because the key gets blocked. Example, I have had to reinstall windows due to a CPU issue which deleted office. Normally you should be able to reinstall office on the same computer. Because it is an illegal key, you cannot. They have not responded to any messages/calls. Fraudsters.

I think most of the reviews on here are false. I bought Office from them but have been unable to download to my PC and can only use on-line (which I think I could have done for free anyway through Microsoft). The advice LCS gave me to solve the problem did not work. I went to Microsoft for support and they said I'd been sold a version of Office that should only be available to schools and the like and so they are not licensed to sell this to individuals or businesses and there is no support for it. Dodgy. Don't trust this company.

So far so good. Customer helpline was friendly, and the software seems to be working perfectly. Nice to find a company that sells software without the hefty price tag.

Brilliant, can't fault the service, product or price, there are still bargains to be had, I too was sceptical, within 5 mins I was downloading office from microsoft.
